Coming up we have a heavyweight MMA rules bout between Daniel Legend (ranked 1930 p4p, 2379 weight class) and Jamal Powell (ranked 231 p4p, 286 weight class). Legend kept the crowd waiting but all that was forgotten when his ring entrance music started. The incomparable musical genius that is Thick Of It. Both these guys have really solid chins. Will we see a standup war or will they both decide that a knockout is unlikely and try to win the fight elsewhere?

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Legend takes a body punch that cleary hurt but he's trying not to show any weakness.
Legend takes one on the button.
Legend misses with a looping left.
A big right from Powell misses.
Legend is looking to counter the offense by Powell and move into the clinch.
Legend swings wildly with a right hand that was never going to find it's target.

Powell uses good footwork to get in and out and land a nice right hand before Legend has time to react.

Powell is landing a lot of head punches in this opening round! Legend had better start moving his head a bit unless he wants his face to turn into mush.

Jamal Powell seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Legend gets clipped by a big right hand and goes down spinning to the canvas! Powell gets the back mount and begins to drop bombs on his rocked foe! Legend is too out of it to defend against the strikes and the referee jumps in to save him from the beatdown!
