Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Frank Capot (ranked 1998 p4p, 2316 weight class) and Quincy Moss (ranked 239 p4p, 277 weight class). Over to our ring announcer for the fighter introductions!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the light heavyweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of 5 - 2 - 0, fighting out of Sydney, Frank Capot! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of 3 - 1 - 0, fighting out of Los Angeles, Quincy Moss! The judges for this bout are Roger Salmon, Jeff Smith and Chris Saunders.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! A looping hook to the body misses from Capot. Moss does a little dance to reset his feet. Capot swinging wildly here.
Capot fakes high and shoots in for a takedown but Moss avoids it really well and circles away. Capot swings and misses with a shot to the body and Capot takes a counter punch right on the button for his troubles. Capot misses with a jab to the body
and Moss counters with a quick right hand to the jaw. Moss stuffs the takedown attempt from Capot. Capot gets slowly back to his feet. We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. Capot jabbing away but nothing is landing. Moss now looks to counter with a shot at the body. Capot is the aggressor but that punch slipped nicely by Moss. Capot thows a left - swing and a miss!
That's one minute gone in the round. Capot missing with a left hand there. Moss was out of range so wasted energy throwing that one. Moss swings away with a counter right hand but no contact made. Capot shoots in with a takedown attempt and he has Moss pinned against the cage. Moss gets the underhooks and manages to circle away. As Capot backs off Moss throws a huge counter combo but Capot manages to avoid it all. That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Frank Capot. That's going to take a lot out of him. Moss moves out of range of the leg kick from Capot. Moss is looking for the big counter here. Capot misses with a wild body shot. Moss looks like he wanted to counter with a high kick but didn't throw it. Capot gets his takedown attempt stuffed easily and Moss counters with a shot to the ribs. That looked like it hurt. Moss defends well against a solid takedown attempt from Capot. Moss lets it all go there with a big combo counter but none of the punches connected. Capot scores with a takedown into Moss's guard. Moss wants to get back to his feet but Capot passes into half guard.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work. Still in half guard, Capot seems content to control.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Moss wants to get back to full guard. Moss really doesn't want to stay on the ground with Capot. If he can't get it back to his feet, it's only a matter of time before he'll be tapping out. Moss is defending against the submission attempts here by Capot.
Capot is figuring out what he wants to do next. Capot is working for submissions here but there's nothing on.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Capot is looking to advance position but Moss won't allow it. The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing. Moss tries to regain full guard. Instead though, Capot has advanced to mount. Uh oh. Capot controlling the position easily from mount. Moss wants to hold on but Capot pushes him away.
That's four minutes gone in the round. The crowd are getting on the fighters' backs, as the pace has dropped off in the last minute or so. Moss is wriggling around trying to escape.
Capot sitting in mount, just looking to control for the moment. Capot has controlled the position for a good 20 seconds, which will no doubt be starting to frustrate his opponent. Capot is giving the impression that he's looking to ground and pound but he switches suddenly into a beautiful far side armbar! Moss is forced to tap! Great finish!
