Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the lightweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 13 - 15 - 2, fighting out of Las Vegas, Jello Belly!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 7 - 7 - 0, fighting out of Montreal, William Ward!
The judges for this bout are Alec Ball, Robert Douchet and Elvis Blanc.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Ward misses with a half-hearted attempt at a head kick.

Belly fakes high and swings low for a body shot but Ward manages to avoid it.
Belly shoots in for a takedown - he's clinched up with Ward but Ward pushes him off and we're back to square one.
Belly looks for a takedown here. Will he get it? Ward is fending him off so far but Belly persists. Nope, Ward circles away and we're back to standing.
Ward looked like he wanted to counter with a punch but didn't throw it.
Ward lands a really nice looking cross but Belly seems unphased.

We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.

Well Ward has outworked and out performed his opponent in all aspects of the game today. He was simply too good and the decision should be no more than a formality. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
