Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the middleweight division.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

The judges for this bout are James Glass, Steven Brown and Phil Schofield.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Perera connects with the punch.
Perera lands a jab-cross combination.
Perera throws a couple of head shots and lands with the final one - a decent hook, which struck GC on the side of the head.
GC rushes Perera and presses him up against the cage.
GC is trying to drag Perera to the mat but Perera just about manages to keep his footing. He used the cage to his advantage there.
GC is looking to take this one to the mat.
Perera scores with a shoulder strike.
Perera softening up his opponent with strikes, against the cage.
GC drops to a knee looking for a takedown but Perera gets the underhooks and prevents it.
That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for TW GC. That's going to take a lot out of him.
GC changes levels and goes for a takedown here. Perera fights it off and pushes away nicely.
Perera lands a head shot.
