Coming up we have a light heavyweight kickboxing rules bout between Serul Dathren (ranked 24470 p4p, 24581 weight class) and Sam Canasta (ranked 543 p4p, 548 weight class). Sam Canasta has the power to score a knockout today if he connects clean with Serul Dathren's chin.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 1 rounds, in the light heavyweight division.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 5 - 6 - 1, fighting out of Las Vegas, Sam Canasta!
The judges for this bout are Leandro Rodrigues, Thiago Cunha and Paulo Santos.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Canasta throws a low kick but it's checked well by Dathren.

and Dathren counters with a straight right hand.

It looked like Dathren was trying to counter with a body shot coming off that last attack from Canasta.

Dathren creates a bit of space and fires a knee right up the middle, almost lifting Canasta off his feet and sending him crashing to the canvas! Canasta is trying to get back to his feet but his equilibrium is completely gone! The referee has called it off! This fight is over! Dathren is jumping up and down like a mad man, celebrating with his cornermen.
