Coming up we have a middleweight MMA rules bout between Joaquin Dominguez (ranked 5294 p4p, 25105 weight class) and Ethan Mann (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). On his way into the cage it seems that Joaquin Dominguez has been attacked by a crazed fan! It looks like it might have been the just bleed guy! Luckily Joaquin Dominguez seems to be OK! I thought that lunatic was in prison!?

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the middleweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of 1 - 5 - 0, fighting out of London, Joaquin Dominguez! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of 0 - 1 - 0, fighting out of Sydney, Ethan Mann! The judges for this bout are Chris Edwards, Daniel Bishop and Donald Grub.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Mann avoids a punch combination nicely.
Mann is loading up here, looking for a big counter of his own. Dominguez looks exhausted already! Oh dear, he should have come in in better shape than this! Dominguez tries to close the distance and clinch up against the cage but Mann paws at him with a jab and circles away. Mann rushes Dominguez and pushes him back against the cage in a clinch. Dominguez looks like he'd prefer to be striking at range right now. Mann wants the takedown. Dominguez is fighting it off but Mann persists and manages to bring the fight to the ground, ending up in Dominguez's guard against the cage. Dominguez wants to get back to his feet but he's too absorbed in his own little project and Mann manages to pass to side control. We could do with one of the fighters taking the initiative a bit more on the ground - they're both waiting to capitalize on a mistake. Mann moves nicely into side control. The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing. We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. Dominguez seems a little lost for a moment, as Mann dominates the positioning. Dominguez takes a big shot right to the temple there but he's taken it well.

Mann gets slowly back to his feet. Mann lands with a nice combination. Dominguez backs away looking to recover. Mann fakes with an overhand right and moves in to clinch with Dominguez, pushing him back against the cage. Mann lands a hook to the side of the head. Dominguez avoids the elbow strike from Mann, against the cage.

Let's see whether he can land a sub off his back. Mann escapes his hips to the side and looks to be working for an armbar. Dominguez gives him a little smile and shakes his head. No chance. Mann is pulling down on Dominguez's head. It's preventing any offense from Dominguez, at least for the moment.

Mann pulls guard. Mann is working the butterfly guard. He manages to land a nice scissor sweep and is now in half guard on the top. Nice move. Mann uses his free foot to push down on Dominguez's thigh. Eventually he works his other foot free and he's advanced to mount - this is trouble for Dominguez.

Mann wants to finish this one by submission but Dominguez is holding onto his waist, trying to prevent any attacks from Mann. Mann is standing up, even though he is in mount. Mann misses with a takedown attempt. He shot from a bit too far out.
That's four minutes gone in the round. The crowd are showing their displeasure at the lack of action as loud boos ring out around the arena. Mann scores with a sloppy punch to the body. Not much technique there but it did the business. Mann connects with a nice looking jab.

Ethan Mann showed his class in that round. I'd imagine he'll take it on all the scorecards. The minute break is over - no more time for sponges and pep talks - back to the action! So, we enter the final round. Let's see if either fighter can bring us a finish, or whether we're going to the judges scorecards.
