Coming up we have a welterweight MMA rules bout between Kaden Stephens (ranked 3039 p4p, 3218 weight class) and Ace Kingston (ranked 355 p4p, 0 weight class). Kingston has a niggling injury. He would have liked to come in 100% fit but that's not always possible. Man, I cannot wait for this one!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the welterweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of 7 - 7 - 0, fighting out of London, Kaden Stephens! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of 3 - 2 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Ace Kingston! The judges for this bout are Chris Edwards, Phil Schofield and Donald Grub.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Stephens ducks under a wild hook from Kingston. Stephens half commits to a counter takedown before pushing away, out of range. Kingston throws a series of punches but Stephens moves out of range. Kingston lands with a shot to the body. Stephens throws a looping overhand right but Kingston ducks down to avoid it. And an attempted straight right on the counter from Kingston! But no joy. Stephens is trying hard to land a takedown here. Kingston sprawls well and keeps this one on the feet. Stephens changes levels and looks for a double leg takedown. Kingston tries to avoid it but Stephens manages to keep hold of a leg and drag Kingston to the ground. Kingston escapes though and pops straight back up to his feet. Kingston jabs. That one connects to the head of his opponent.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. Stephens throws out a token jab with nothing on it. Stephens definitely looks more muscular than last time we saw him fight. Stephens looks for a takedown here. Will he get it? Kingston is fending him off so far but Stephens persists. Nope, Kingston circles away and we're back to standing. That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Kaden Stephens. That's going to take a lot out of him. Kingston throws a lazy uppercut
and Stephens counters with a nice double leg into side control. Kingston won't be happy with that. Stephens advances nicely into full mount.
That's one minute gone in the round. Stephens controlling the position easily from mount. Kingston really doesn't want to stay on the ground with Stephens. If he can't get it back to his feet, it's only a matter of time before he'll be tapping out. Kingston has given up his back here. Will Stephens look for the submission or keep pounding away?
Stephens has the hooks in and he's looking for a rear naked choke here. Kingston is defending well but eventually Stephens manages to get an arm under the chin and he's locked on the RNC! Kingston has no choice but to tap now! He does! This one is all over!
