This TWGC bout is 1 fifteen minute round in the middleweight division. Introducing today's competitors. And in the blue corner, fighting out of New York, with a TWGC record of 117 wins and 65 losses; Jackson Ramirez! The judges for this bout are Robert Douchet, Gregory Folan and Dillan Fox.
The fighters connect hands in the middle of the mat and we are under way. Ramirez changes levels and looks for a double leg takedown. Oh tries to avoid it but Ramirez manages to keep hold of a leg and drag Oh to the ground. Oh escapes though and pops straight back up to his feet. Ramirez shoots in looking for a takedown. Oh tries to sprawl out of it but Ramirez keeps driving through. The fighters are pinned against the cage. Oh controlling from the guard. I say controlling but really, he's stalling. Boooooooooooooooooooo!!! God, this has been a terrible round. Come on you two, sort yourselves out! A real slowdown in the pace of the fight for a moment, as Ramirez holds on and takes a little breather.
And that's the end of the fight! Oh takes the fight on points by 4 to 0. Jisoo Oh retains his middleweight title! A very excited looking Jisoo Oh made sure he remembered to thank all the fans both in the arena and on the internet.
