Coming up we have a heavyweight MMA rules bout between Lucaerys Strong (ranked 3075 p4p, 3353 weight class) and Carl Pumpkins (ranked 346 p4p, 383 weight class). I can't wait for this one - let's get the fighter introductions out of the way and get this one started!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 7 - 11 - 0, fighting out of Montreal, Lucaerys Strong!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 3 - 4 - 0, fighting out of Montreal, Carl Pumpkins!
The judges for this bout are William Peck, Robert Douchet and Alec Ball.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Strong slips a straight right by Pumpkins.
Strong tries a switch kick but it misses it's target.
It seemed like Pumpkins was going to counter with the hook but didn't fully commit to it.
Strong connects with a lovely jab that went straight through the gap between Pumpkins's hands.
Pumpkins takes a shot right to the liver - Bas would have been proud of that punch.
Strong smiles there as he lands a nice right hand right on the button.
Pumpkins bobbing and weaving, closes the distance and lands a hook to the side of Strong's head.
It looks like Lucaerys Strong has been cut.
Strong just misses with a punch to the body.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.
Strong ducks down and throws a hook to the body but Pumpkins moves away.
Pumpkins looks more muscular than last time we saw him. He must have been on the weights.
Strong lands a straight punch to the body, keeping Pumpkins at a distance.
Strong walks into a jab.
Strong tries to land a body kick
and Pumpkins counters with a crisp right that sends Strong to the canvas! Pumpkins follows up with punches from the mount and this one is all over!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 1:05 of round 1, we have a winner by way of TKO (Strikes). Carl Pumpkins!
Our winner, Carl Pumpkins, made sure he spent some time buttering up the crowd during his post fight interview, which will no doubt bring him a few more fans.
