Coming up we have a heavyweight MMA rules bout between Deebo Drummond (ranked 912 p4p, 667 weight class) and Genyo Takeda (ranked 119 p4p, 91 weight class). Chooooooooon! I think Drummond might be my favorite fighter, now he's come out to 7 Words - Deftones. Well, the cameraman is lingering on a pretty young lady for a bit too long there. Keep your eyes on the prize buddy or you'll miss the fighter intros!

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 9 - 5 - 0, fighting out of London, Genyo Takeda!
The judges for this bout are Valeri Chadov, Fedor Mirinova and Aleksei Zolotukhin.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
A lazy left from Takeda finds it's target.
It looks like Deebo Drummond has been cut.
Takeda has done a lot of speed work in the buildup to this fight.
A low kick from Drummond misses
and Takeda cracks him with a counter punch right on the button.
Takeda takes a swing at Drummond's ribcage but misses.
Drummond takes a really solid shot there but just smiles back and shrugs his shoulders.
Takeda throws a poor cross that misses
and Drummond counters with a nice body shot.
Drummond definitely looks more muscular than last time we saw him fight.
Drummond moves out of range of the strikes.
Drummond throws a combination but comes up with nothing but fresh air.
Drummond misses with a body shot
and Takeda counters with a crisp hook to the side of the head.
Drummond ducks under a wild hook from Takeda.
Takeda uses some good footwork to avoid the body shot by Drummond.
Takeda ducks down and throws a hook to the body but Drummond moves away.
Drummond wants to take advantage of his opponent's missed offense by moving into the clinch.
Takeda loads up on a big right hand but Drummond slips the punch.
Drummond takes a swing at Takeda's ribcage but misses.

Takeda drops his hands and takes a jab to the jaw for his troubles.
It looks like Genyo Takeda has been cut.
Drummond moves out of range of the strikes.
Drummond thinks about countering with a body kick.
Drummond misses with a straight left.

and Takeda counters with a crisp hook to the side of the head.
Drummond misses with a body punch
and Takeda counters with a stiff right hand.
Drummond takes one on the chin but keeps coming.
Genyo Takeda seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Drummond takes a really solid shot there but just smiles back and shrugs his shoulders.
Deebo Drummond's cut is getting worse.
Drummond throws a body kick but he wasn't in range.
Takeda looks like he wants to counter punch here.
Takeda throws a jab when Drummond was well out of range.
Drummond is trying to close the distance and clinch up, after that failed offence from Takeda.
A looping hook to the body misses from Drummond. Takeda does a little dance to reset his feet.

Drummond misses with a low kick as Takeda jumps back.
Drummond avoids the body shot from Takeda.
Drummond on the wrong end of a decent looking cross there.
We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out!
Takeda fakes high and swings low for a body shot but Drummond manages to avoid it.
Takeda misses with a looping left.
Takeda is landing a lot of head punches in this opening round! Drummond had better start moving his head a bit unless he wants his face to turn into mush.
Drummond fakes a couple of low kicks, before throwing one on the third attempt. It connects and Takeda has to reset his feet before getting ready to engage.
Drummond walks into a jab.
Drummond scores with a jab to the head.
Drummond is looking to clinch but Takeda is avoiding it.
A nice combination there by Takeda.
Deebo Drummond's cut is bleeding quite badly. He's got to try and protect it.
Drummond scores with a straight right hand, right through his opponent's guard.

Takeda missing with a left hand there. Drummond was out of range so wasted energy throwing that one.
A jab from Drummond misses.
and Drummond counters with a massive uppercut that badly hurts Takeda! He's just covering up as Drummond starts to tee off till the referee steps in and stops the fight!
