Coming up we have a heavyweight MMA rules bout between James Hoeberg (ranked 4672 p4p, 3183 weight class) and Jonah White (ranked 452 p4p, 353 weight class). On his way into the cage it seems that James Hoeberg has been attacked by a crazed fan! It looks like it might have been the just bleed guy! Luckily James Hoeberg seems to be OK! I thought that lunatic was in prison!?

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 0 - 1 - 0, fighting out of Montreal, James Hoeberg!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 1 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Tokyo, Jonah White!
The judges for this bout are James Glass, Donald Grub and Paul Tew.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
White lands with a two punch combination before moving back out of range.
White avoids a punch combination nicely.
Hoeberg throws a two punch combo that lands nicely.
White defending well as Hoeberg loads up on a big left hand.
Jonah White seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Hoeberg looks to score with a combo but nothing lands.
And an attempted straight right on the counter from White! But no joy.
White fails with a rather predictable takedown attempt.
A left and a right from White both land. Nice combination.
This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!
White lands a beauty of a right hand that gets the crowd cheering.
White fakes a jab and throws a low kick but Hoeberg checks it well.
Hoeberg tries to close the distance and clinch but White swats him to one side with an open hand palm strike and circles away.
Hoeberg throws a right and a left that White avoids nicely.
White is clearly trying to counter these attacks from Hoeberg with a body shot.

White's corner calls for him to break the clinch, which he does.
White smiles there as he lands a nice right hand right on the button.

Hoeberg rushes forward with a series of wild hooks but White moves out of range and avoids them all easily.
Hoeberg doesn't manage to clinch there - White circles away.
White swings away with a leg kick that misses.
White swings for the body but Hoeberg moves out of range.
White avoids a punch combination nicely.
White unleashes a big counter combination but Hoeberg bobs and weaves and avoids any damage.
White clinches with his opponent.
White misses with a knee strike.
White lands a hook to the side of the head.

Hoeberg is trying to break the clinch but White is controlling him.
White manages to break the clinch.
Hoeberg on the wrong end of a nice hook.
This has been an exciting period of action!
Hoeberg throws a combination but it was largely blocked by White.
White showing good head movement there, avoiding the strikes from Hoeberg.
White appeared to try and counter that last move with a leg kick.
White throws a push kick but Hoeberg slaps the foot to one side.

Hoeberg tries to keep at a distance but White has taken the fight into the clinch.
Hoeberg has had enough of the clinch but White keeps him there for the moment.
White decides to pull guard.

Hoeberg decides he's had enough of playing guard and decides to stand. Come on White, up you get!

Hoeberg will need to tighten up his combinations if he doesn't want to gas himself out, swinging at thin air.
White sizes up Hoeberg with a pawing jab and scores with a straight right down the middle.
White tries a switch kick but it misses it's target.
Hoeberg swung with a counter right hand that didn't connect.

Hoeberg misses with a body shot. Nice footwork from White.
White uses good footwork to get in and out, landing a nice hook.
White clinches up with Hoeberg and pushes him back against the cage.
White tries to land a knee to the head but Hoeberg blocks with his arms.
White using the Thai plumb to throw knees but Hoeberg has his back arched nicely, preventing the strike.
White tries to land a knee to the body but he is off balance and Hoeberg avoids it.

White lands with a short head shot on the inside.
The crowd are loving this. Great action here.
Hoeberg is looking to break free of the clinch but White has double underhooks.
Good body shot from White.
White throws an elbow but it's blocked.
Hoeberg wants to break free but White has control.
White effectively controlling the action here.
Hoeberg tries to break free but White pushes him back against the cage.
Hoeberg can't break the clinch.
White pulls guard successfully.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
White is looking to stand up but Hoeberg isn't so interested in that idea.
Hoeberg scores with a decent looking elbow strike.

Jonah White dominated that round.
The referee calls time. The cornermen exit stage left and we're back to business.
Hoeberg swinging wildly here.

White throws a nice looking combination but Hoeberg bobs and weaves to avoid any damage.
Hoeberg walks into a stiff left hand from White.
White jabs. That one connects to the head of his opponent.
White lands a powerful looking uppercut that connected with his opponent's jaw.

White shoots in but no luck this time.
Hoeberg swung with a counter right hand that didn't connect.
Hoeberg throws a combination but it was largely blocked by White.

White has used his reach advantage pretty well so far tonight.

White bobs and weaves and throws out a fast jab that snaps Hoeberg's head backwards.
Hoeberg is rocked!
The step up in weight doesn't seem to be a problem for White. He's performing admirably here against the bigger man.
Both fighters are absolutely exhausted here.
Hoeberg tries to get into range but White steps to the side and lands a beautiful hook that drops Hoeberg! He's faceplanted into the mat, ass in the air... he's out cold! That's an image he won't want to show his grandkids when he gets older! White scores the big KO victory!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 1:11 of round 2, we have a winner by way of KO (Punch). Jonah White!
Jonah White spent the whole post fight interview bigging himself up. It didn't go down that well with the fans after a while as they thought it was a bit arrogant.
