Coming up we have a welterweight MMA rules bout between Herbert Merill (ranked 3552 p4p, 25367 weight class) and Jun Romero (ranked 397 p4p, 517 weight class). The key to victory for Herbert Merill has got to be keeping the fight on the feet.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the welterweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of 2 - 2 - 0, fighting out of St Petersburg, Herbert Merill! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of 2 - 5 - 1, fighting out of Los Angeles, Jun Romero! The judges for this bout are Donald Grub, Paul Tew and Andrew Berry.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Merill stuns Romero with a nice body shot, before stepping back out of range. Romero closes the distance and looks for a trip takedown... aaaand he's got it - Romero lands in his opponent's guard. Romero working in close now, lands a nice elbow to the side of Merill's head.
