PBP Commentary

Coming up we have a middleweight MMA rules bout between Junfeng Li (ranked 3059 p4p, 3962 weight class) and Mateo Delgado (ranked 326 p4p, 390 weight class). Mateo Delgado will no doubt be trying to keep this one on the feet, where he has a distinct advantage.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the middleweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 3 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Junfeng Li!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 1 - 1 - 0, fighting out of Rio de Janeiro, Mateo Delgado!
The judges for this bout are Sam Margolis, Colin Fotheringham and Donald Grub.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Delgado defends well against a solid takedown attempt from Li.

Delgado closes the distance and after a bit of a stuggle, scores a takedown into Li's guard.
Delgado keeps in close for a moment and lands a decent shot to the side of Li's head.

A relieved looking Junfeng Li thanked the fans for their support and gave the usual line about them being amazing. They seemed to believe that he actually meant it.
