Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Dubba Sub (ranked 4135 p4p, 4324 weight class) and Benn Wills (ranked 458 p4p, 467 weight class). Sub's ring entrance music is that housewives' favourite, Live It Up!. On his way into the cage it seems that Dubba Sub has been attacked by a crazed fan! It looks like it might have been the just bleed guy! Luckily Dubba Sub seems to be OK! I thought that lunatic was in prison!?

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the light heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 3 - 4 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Dubba Sub!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 1 - 1 - 0, fighting out of London, Benn Wills!
The judges for this bout are James Glass, James Ackerman and Donald Grub.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Nice combo by Wills! Oh, that's hurt him - Sub falls to the canvas and Wills follows him into side control.

Sub is rocked!
Wills working the ground and pound but he's contacting the mat, not the fighter.
Oh Sub is still in real trouble! Will he be able to recover?!!
The ground and pound from Wills seems to be hitting the mat more than his opponent.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.

Wills works to advance to full mount. Sub defends for a few seconds but eventually he succumbs.
Sub seems to have got his legs back now.

Wills throwing sloppy strikes, which aren't doing any damage.

Sub is looking to improve his position but Wills isn't that keen on the idea.
Sub really wants to buck Wills off and get back to his feet.
Sub wants to hold on but Wills pushes him away.
Sub is looking to get to half guard.
Sub is in a horrible position here, under a barrage of strikes, he's managing to avoid any damage.

Sub suckers Wills into throwing a sloppy strike and uses the momentum to reverse the position beautifully! Sub is now in Wills's guard!
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
Wills bucks up whilst keeping hold of a body lock, managing to reverse the position. Now he's in top in Sub's guard.

Wills trying to control the position from guard on top but Sub is wriggling around, looking for whatever he can.
Wills throws a strike but Sub rolls with it and manages to sweep. Now he's in guard on top.

Wills is working from a closed guard but he's struggling to control his opponent.
Wills looking to hit a scissor sweep but Sub is one step ahead there.
Sub stays in close to Wills's body and controls the position.

That's two minutes gone in the round.
Sub missing there with some ground and pound from the guard.
Wills keeping moving, preventing Sub from controlling successfully.
Wills keeping full guard, as Sub tries to pass.
Sub sitting in guard, not really doing much.
Sub looking to pass the guard.

That's three minutes gone in the round.
Wills tries to land a sweep but no joy.
Sub tries to free his leg and advance position but Wills is retaining full guard.
Wills wants to sweep here but Sub controlling him for the moment.
We get told so often about how wrestlers don't like to be on their backs. Let's see if Wills can do anything to dispel that myth.
Sub is intent on slowing down the pace of the fight, simply looking to control.

The referee has motioned to the fighters to stand back up.

Wills clinches up against the cage.

That's four minutes gone in the round.
The crowd are showing their displeasure at the lack of action as loud boos ring out around the arena.
Wills working aggressively here.
Wills taking a breather.
Sub has a body lock and is looking for a takedown. Wills is bouncing around trying to prevent the takedown and somehow he has indeed managed to stay on his feet.

Wills breaks the clinch and we're back to striking at distance.

Wills throws a left that rocks Sub and follows with a right that sends him tumbling to the canvas! Wills dives into side control, looking to finish! Can Sub regain composure!
Sub struggling a bit here.
Sub gets one leg under and gets the fight to half guard.

Sub actively working from the bottom here.
Wills working the head and body with strikes.
And that is the end of the round. The fighters go back to their corners.

Benn Wills dominated that round.
That's the end of the interval. I'm sure that seemed a lot quicker than a minute for our two fighters! Back to the action.

Wills lands an uppercut out of nowhere! Sub falls backwards - clearly groggy! Wills dives in and finishes the fight with more strikes for a TKO finish!

Ladies and gentlemen, after 0:05 of round 2, we have a winner by way of TKO (Strikes). Benn Wills!
In defeat, Dubba Sub stepped up to the mic, saying 'I will practice my BJJ and I will be back'.
