Coming up we have a featherweight MMA rules bout between Dragon Kingdad (ranked 1129 p4p, 323 weight class) and Morgan Freeman (ranked 103 p4p, 33 weight class). Dragon Kingdad is staring across the cage at his opponent, tweaking his nipples... Tweaking his own nipples that is.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 5 rounds, for the featherweight championship of the world! Introducing the champion to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of 13 - 7 - 0, fighting out of Tokyo, Dragon Kingdad! And introducing the challenger to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of 12 - 5 - 2, fighting out of St Petersburg, Morgan Freeman! The judges for this bout are Yukihiro Shimada, Tatsuya Matsuyama and Yasuomi Hirokawa.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Freeman lands an overhand left. A wild punch that just about connected. Kingdad misses with a low kick as Freeman jumps back. Kingdad chopping away at his opponent's legs.
Freeman misses with a looping right. Nice uppercut lands for Freeman. That snapped Kingdad's head back.
Kingdad jabbing away but nothing is landing. Freeman shoots in for a takedown and gets it. Kingdad is trying to get back to full guard. Freeman has been taking part in the yoga sessions down at ubergym. Presumably he's going to look for a slick submission... Or maybe he's looking to avoid one. Kingdad on his back here. We all know that wrestlers don't like being on their back so let's see if Kingdad tries to get out of the position. Freeman tries to pass to full mount but Kingdad defends it. Kingdad is defending against the submission attempts here by Freeman.
Kingdad knows he needs to get back to his feet asap. He's simply no match for Freeman on the ground. Freeman looking for a kimura but he'll have to free his other leg if he wants to finish that. Perhaps he's just using it as a distraction technique.
Kingdad definitely looks more muscular than last time we saw him fight.
That's one minute gone in the round. Freeman tries to pass the half guard into mount. Kingdad knows what he's doing though and prevents the attempt. The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing. Kingdad trying to control here.
Freeman throwing shots but they're hitting the canvas more than the man.
That's two minutes gone in the round. The crowd are getting on the fighters' backs, as the pace has dropped off in the last minute or so. Freeman controlling the action here. Freeman is looking to advance position but Kingdad won't allow it. Freeman is trying to work for a kimura. This could be trouble! No, Kingdad has managed to free his arm - good work. Freeman stalling.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Freeman's corner are shouting for him to control the position and he seems happy to oblige. Freeman trying to control from half guard but Kingdad is working away. Kingdad desperately trying to maintain half guard. It looks like the ref is thinking about a standup. Freeman is trying to control. Kingdad wants to improve his position but can't escape this time.
The referee has stepped in and called for a break in the action. We'll restart on the feet.
That's four minutes gone in the round. Well. There's a bit of a lull in the action here and the crowd are starting to get restless. Kingdad is the aggressor but that punch slipped nicely by Freeman. No luck for Freeman with that takedown attempt. Kingdad throws a quick counter kick to the body but Freeman avoids it. Freeman throws a looping left and ducks down for a takedown. He's got his arms around Kingdad's waist but Kingdad gets an underhook and avoids the takedown by throwing Freeman off to one side. Wow, both these guys are really going for it! Kingdad avoids a lazy jab quite easily. A jab from Kingdad finds it's way through Freeman's defenses. Kingdad swings wildly with a hook that is half blocked by Freeman. Freeman fails with a takedown attempt. Dragon Kingdad has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Morgan Freeman. Kingdad displays good takedown defense there as he swats away a double leg from Freeman. Freeman jabbing away but nothing is landing. Freeman keeping at a good range here, avoiding a leg kick.
The fighters circling - Kingdad throws out the jab but it was never going to land. Freeman is a painfully thin specimen of a man. You do wonder whether a good body kick would snap him clean in two. Kingdad connects with a leg kick. He turned his hip over nicely there. The crowd thankful this round is nearly over. Kingdad scores with a jab to the jaw. Kingdad misses the jab. Freeman shoots in for a takedown but Kingdad shows good takedown defense there and keeps this one on the feet. Kingdad walks into a jab. Kingdad misses with a head kick.
And that is the end of the round. The fighters go back to their corners.
That was a close round but I would say that Dragon Kingdad will probably get the nod. That's time! Back to the action! Kingdad looking to throw a kick but he's pulled out of it. Freeman loads up on a big right hand but Kingdad slips the punch. Freeman shoots in but Kingdad avoids the takedown attempt easily. Freeman displays some good footwork, moving neatly out of range as Kingdad throws out the jab. Kingdad does a little shimmy and throws a leg kick. The leg kick missed by a considerable margin though, making him look a little bit silly for doing the shimmy. Freeman will have to do better than that with his takedown attempts. Freeman closes the distance and clinches up with Kingdad, looking for a takedown. Freeman pushes Kingdad against the cage but Kingdad circles to the side and manages to break the clinch. A counter left hand to the body from Kingdad misses its target. Dragon Kingdad has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Morgan Freeman. Kingdad defends well against a solid takedown attempt from Freeman. Freeman uses good head movement to avoid the hook from Kingdad. Freeman checks a leg kick. Freeman fails miserably with a takedown attempt. Freeman keeping his hands up high there, blocking the jab from Kingdad. Freeman steps in looking to clinch after the strikes miss from Kingdad. Kingdad throws a head kick but Freeman moves out of range.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. Kingdad misses the shot to the body. Kingdad is really dominating this fight. Is there anything that Freeman can do to turn this around? Freeman moves out of range as Kingdad throws a body kick.
Freeman shoots in with a takedown attempt and he has Kingdad pinned against the cage. Kingdad gets the underhooks and manages to circle away. Kingdad swats away the attempt to clinch by Freeman.
That's one minute gone in the round. Freeman looks to land a right hand but Kingdad moved out of range. Freeman blocks a jab. A telegraphed right hand from Freeman misses the target. Kingdad pushing out the jab but it's not landing. Kingdad is looking to land body kicks. Kingdad scores with a jab to the jaw of his opponent. Freeman walks straight into a jab right on the nose. That one stung - he's blinking and trying to clear his head. Freeman fails with a takedown attempt. Freeman staying out of range there. Freeman takes an uppercut right on the button but keeps his composure.
Freeman fakes high and shoots in for a takedown but Kingdad avoids it really well and circles away. Kingdad looks for the body kick but Freeman saw that one coming. Freeman tries to score a power double leg takedown but Kingdad sees that one coming and sprawls well. That will dishearten Freeman somewhat. Kingdad thuds a left hand into Freeman's body.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Kingdad misses with a straight left. Kingdad staying out of range there. The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so! Freeman tries to score a power double leg takedown but Kingdad sees that one coming and sprawls well. That will dishearten Freeman somewhat. Freeman is looking for a takedown here. He's shot in and has managed to get it, finishing up in Kingdad's half guard. Kingdad is not content to let Freeman control the position. Freeman controlling the action here. Let's hope that Freeman has the urge to step up the pace any second now because for the last 15 or 20 seconds he's just been holding on tight.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Kingdad keeping his head moving to avoid the ground and pound. Kingdad trying to control from the bottom.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work. Freeman wants to pass the guard but Kingdad is defending well. The referee is pacing around the two fighters, thinking about a standup. Freeman with a momentary lay and pray from half guard.
The referee decides to stand the fighters back up.
That's four minutes gone in the round. The crowd are hurling abuse towards the fighters... You can hardly blame them though because there isn't a lot going on in the fight. Kingdad defending well as Freeman loads up on a big left hand. Kingdad avoids the clinch attempt nicely.
A head kick misses from Kingdad. Nice defenses there by Freeman. Dragon Kingdad is looking to keep the fight on the feet at all costs. Freeman shoots in for a takedown but Kingdad shows good takedown defense there and keeps this one on the feet. Kingdad throws out a powerful jab. Kingdad throws a low kick but Freeman moves out of range easily. Freeman drops his hands and takes a jab to the jaw for his troubles. Morgan Freeman seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout. Nice uppercut there from Freeman. Freeman has his takedown stuffed and Kingdad counters with a head kick that crumples his opponent - he's in a world of trouble! Kingdad looks at the referee who does nothing so Kingdad lands a crushing right that sends Freeman to the floor! This time the ref steps in to end the fight.
Ladies and gentlemen, after 4:33 of round 2, we have a winner by way of TKO (Strikes). Dragon Kingdad! Dragon Kingdad is the new featherweight champion!
