Coming up we have a bantamweight MMA rules bout between Vincent Duboulay (ranked 750 p4p, 436 weight class) and Angus Young (ranked 66 p4p, 40 weight class). Duboulay's ring entrance music is that housewives' favourite, World On Fire. Over to our ring announcer for the fighter introductions!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the bantamweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of 12 - 10 - 0, fighting out of Tokyo, Vincent Duboulay! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of 19 - 4 - 0, fighting out of Sydney, Angus Young! The judges for this bout are Hirohito Nitta, Taro Takaoka and Sosuke Kotani.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! A momentary lapse in concentration from Young enables Duboulay to shoot in and score with a neat double leg. Young manages to secure a closed guard as the fighters hit the mat. Young looking to control.
Duboulay wants to control from the top but Young keeps moving. Duboulay wants to pass the guard but Young is keeping the position. Young looking to control.
Young looks more muscular than last time we saw him. He must have been on the weights. Young keeping moving, preventing Duboulay from controlling successfully. We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. Young is trying to control the position but Duboulay postures up. Young escapes his hips to the side and looks to be working for an armbar. Duboulay gives him a little smile and shakes his head. No chance. Young is working actively off his back, looking to secure an arm or perhaps work for a triangle.
That's one minute gone in the round. Young looking for a guillotine here but Duboulay defends easily.
Duboulay throwing elbows and punches but not connecting, as Young works some decent striking defense from the bottom. Duboulay sitting in guard, not really doing much. Duboulay has improved his flexibility recently so we will have to see if he can use that to his advantage. Duboulay wants to control from the top but Young keeps moving. Duboulay has to be careful here, sitting in the guard of a superior BJJ player. Young is trying to control the position but Duboulay postures up.
That's two minutes gone in the round. My god... these two guys really need to pick up the pace or everyone will leave to go get a beer. Duboulay looking to pass the guard. Young trying to keep a closed guard but Duboulay is proving a slippery customer.
Duboulay content to sit in guard, stalling... Great. Oh but he could get punished here because Young has locked up a guillotine! Young's face is contorted as he sqeezes tight on the submission attempt - will he finish? Duboulay is holding on here and Young must be using up a lot of energy. Duboulay has gone limp! He's out! He's out cold! Young gets to his feet, tossing aside his stricken foe. Arms raised, he milks the applause from the crowd. Great submission!
