Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Krystof Teverdosky (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Gerald Rush (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Gerald Rush told me before the fight that he's been watching a lot of DVDs so let's see if that helps him in this one! I can't wait to find out!

The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Rush throws a combination but it was largely blocked by Teverdosky. Rush looks really tired already! That doesn't bode well for a good, competitive fight! Teverdosky shoots in with a lovely double leg takedown. Rush manages to land in full guard to minimise the damage. Rush looking to control.
Teverdosky advances to half guard. Teverdosky is looking for a kimura. It's going to be difficult to finish that from half guard though and Rush defends it well. Teverdosky is trying for a kimura here. Rush looks like he's in a lot of pain... and he's tapping out! Teverdosky wins by kimura!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 0:42 of round 1, we have a winner by way of Submission (Kimura). Krystof Teverdosky!
