Coming up we have a middleweight kickboxing rules bout between Jakul DuVicius (ranked 4670 p4p, 5067 weight class) and Bob Drogo (ranked 429 p4p, 461 weight class). These two fighters really are very evenly matched on the feet - it will be fascinating to see who can assert themselves in that aspect of the fight.

Drogo is a painfully thin specimen of a man. You do wonder whether a good body kick would snap him clean in two.

I was talking to DuVicius's coach per-fight and he was telling me that they'd been working on the clinch in the runup to this fight.

DuVicius scores a knockdown with a big right hand! Drogo beats the count and gets back to his feet. The referee asks him to walk forwards and it appears he is OK so we'll continue the bout.
Drogo misses with a jab to the body
and DuVicius counters with a huge overhand right that connects right on the temple, sending him crumpling, face first to the floor! This one is all over! What a knockout!
