Coming up we have a bantamweight MMA rules bout between Kyung Ho Kang (ranked 4166 p4p, 4881 weight class) and Kevin Lin (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Lin has a niggling injury. He would have liked to come in 100% fit but that's not always possible. Kevin Lin is the more experienced fighter, so let's see if that makes a difference tonight.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the bantamweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of 2 - 1 - 0, fighting out of Los Angeles, Kyung Ho Kang! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of 4 - 4 - 0, fighting out of Rio de Janeiro, Kevin Lin! The judges for this bout are Frank Antenori, Don Winkell and Percy O'Donnell.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Kang closes the distance and clinches up, looking for a takedown. He shifts his weight and gets a nice trip into half guard. Lin looks winded! Lin is looking to sinch up a guillotine here but Kang pulls his head out easily. Kang slows the pace down in half guard. The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work. Kang drops an elbow to the side of Lin's head. We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. Lin on the receiving end of some nice ground and pound. Kang will need to keep those long limbs tucked in whilst he's on the ground, to prevent any submissions. Kang seems to have lost interest with the ground game and is thinking about standing back up.
Kang passes the guard and advances to mount!
That's one minute gone in the round. Kang looking to control and managing it successfully. Kang seems to have a rather negative gameplan on the ground. He seems keen to just score the takedown and hold down Lin for as long as he can get away with. Kang working the ground and pound effectively.
The crowd growing excited in anticipation of a finish here! Right on cue, Kang cracks his opponent with a massive right hand that draws loud cheers!
Kang looking to control and managing it successfully. The referee warns Lin that he has to improve his position here as he takes two more clean shots to the head.
Kang postures up and cracks his opponent a couple of times before moving back into close ground control. Lin looks a forlorn figure.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Kang looking to control and managing it successfully. Lin is desperately trying to get back to half guard.
Lin defends a decent attempt at a guillotine from Kang. Kang in mount throwing good strikes here, bouncing his opponent's head off the canvas.
Kang working for a submission but Lin is keeping him at bay. Lin can't escape the position.
Kang looking for a guillotine from mount but Lin is having none of it. The crowd are loving this. Great action here. Kang takes a little breather and maintains the position. The referee will be looking for him to stay active from such a dominant position though.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Kang landing strikes from the mount. Lin is looking to improve his position but Kang isn't that keen on the idea. Kang raining down shots from the mount! Kang sitting in mount, just looking to control for the moment. Kang avoids the attempt from Lin to control.
That's four minutes gone in the round. Kang controlling his opponent. Kang gets to his feet and calls his opponent to stand. Here come the fireworks! Kang throws a body punch but Lin moves out of range. Kang looking for a takedown here - he's got it. Kang working in close now, lands a nice elbow to the side of Lin's head. Kang looking to pass the guard. Lin looking for submissions from the bottom here. Moving his hips around, possibly looking for an armbar.
And that is the end of the round. The fighters go back to their corners.
Kyung Ho Kang dominated that round. OK. That's time! The bell goes and we're back to the action. Kang misses with a head kick.
Kang is really dominating this fight. Is there anything that Lin can do to turn this around? Kang throws a head kick that misses and slips in the process. He scrambles back to his feet and the fighters circle. Lin on the wrong end of a nice low kick. He's acting like it's no big deal but he doesn't want to take many more of those. Lin dodges the punch combination from Kang.
Kang fakes with an overhand right and moves in to clinch with Lin, pushing him back against the cage. We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. Kang pulls guard effortlessly. Kang looking for submissions off his back, moving his hips, looking for an opening.
Kang is avoiding any damage by keeping wrist control. Lin is breathing heavily. Lin wants to control from the top but Kang keeps moving.
That's one minute gone in the round. Kang has Lin pulled in close to control his posture. Lin trying to control the position from guard on top but Kang is wriggling around, looking for whatever he can. The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing. Kang keeping full guard, as Lin tries to pass. A real slowdown in the pace of the fight for a moment, as Kang holds on and takes a little breather. Lin preventing the sweep.
The ref stands the fighters back up due to a lack of activity. Kang definitely looks more muscular than last time we saw him fight. Lin moves out of range of the body kick from Kang.
Kyung Ho Kang is looking to throw some combinations by the looks of things.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Well. There's a bit of a lull in the action here and the crowd are starting to get restless. Kang moves into range and clinches up with Lin. Kang turns his back and goes for a hip toss. It's a bit messy but it gets the job done and Kang manages to end up in side control. Lin prevents Kang from moving into mount. Lin is moving his hips around well on the bottom and has managed to get back to half guard. Kang lands with a punch from half guard. Lin manages to get to full guard.
Kang landing some decent shots from guard. Kang distracts Lin with his right hand and drops a big elbow with his other arm.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Kang sitting in guard here, content to control. Kang tries to free his leg and advance position but Lin is retaining full guard. Kang passes Lin's left leg - he's now in half guard. Kang sitting and controlling from the half guard. Kyung Ho Kang overall seems to be getting the better of the ground position in the fight so far. Kang is pressing down on Lin's thigh, looking to free his foot. Lin is holding on for now. Kang is working for a kimura but Lin is defending it quite comfortably.
Lin tries to roll over but Kang keeps him under control.
That's four minutes gone in the round. The crowd are hurling abuse towards the fighters... You can hardly blame them though because there isn't a lot going on in the fight. Kang performing his best blanket impression for a moment. Lin is trying to maintain the position but Kang is very close to passing his half guard. Boooooooooooooooooooo!!! God, this has been a terrible round. Come on you two, sort yourselves out! Kang trying to pass the guard but Lin defending well. The referee looks like he's ready to step in and stand the fighters back up. And that is the end of the round. The fighters go back to their corners.
Kyung Ho Kang dominated that second round. That's the end of the interval. I'm sure that seemed a lot quicker than a minute for our two fighters! Back to the action. This is the final round! Kang cracks Lin with a good jab. Kang drops Lin with a beautiful combination! Lin stares up at his opponent, who ushers him back to his feet - Kang is looking for the KO!
Lin is rocked!
It looks like Kevin Lin has been cut. Kang shoots in and scores a nice double leg takedown into half guard. Lin is still in real trouble! Can Kang finish him? We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out! Kang working over Lin with some ground and pound. Lin looks like he wants out of this position, which is understandable. Nice strikes from Kang there. Lin has hold of Kang's hands but Kang slips his arm to the side and lands an elbow. Kang is looking to advance position but Lin won't allow it. Kang passes the half guard and he's now in mount! Big trouble for Lin! Lin takes a big intake of breath there - he's definitely tired. Kang looking to finish Lin with some ground and pound. This is bad for Lin!
That's one minute gone in the round. Kang connects with a bit shot that sees Lin covering up! More strikes from Kang and the referee jumps in to stop the fight! Kang is our winner by TKO!
