Ayers drops his hands momentarily and Viktor takes advantage with a crisp shot to the head.

Viktor is looking to get back to his feet here but Ayers is keeping cool and he's managed to take Viktor's back.
Ayers is looking to finish the fight by rear naked choke. Viktor knows exactly what he's got planned though, so he's defending well. Maybe a few strikes would soften Viktor for a finish.
