The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
ODonnell tries to score a power double leg takedown but Nurmaganopussy sees that one coming and sprawls well. That will dishearten ODonnell somewhat.
Nurmaganopussy fails with a rather predictable takedown attempt.
ODonnell wants to clinch.
ODonnell has his takedown stuffed
and Nurmaganopussy counters with a nice double leg into side control. ODonnell won't be happy with that.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.
Nurmaganopussy is looking to finish here, going for an Americana. ODonnell knows the correct defense though, so he's OK.
ODonnell wants to control but Nurmaganopussy postures up.

The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
ODonnell is not in a great position here, taking some shots.

ODonnell prevents Nurmaganopussy from improving position.
Nurmaganopussy passes to full mount! That's big trouble for ODonnell!
