Coming up we have a featherweight MMA rules bout between Reagan Skinner (ranked 3626 p4p, 3812 weight class) and Rio Campos (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). These two fighters really are very evenly matched on the feet - it will be fascinating to see who can assert themselves in that aspect of the fight.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the featherweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 1 - 0 - 0, fighting out of St Petersburg, Reagan Skinner!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Rio de Janeiro, Rio Campos!
The judges for this bout are Konstantin Menshow, Dmitry Maklakov and Illya Tyunina.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Campos fails to land the takedown.
Skinner seems to be moving with more speed, compared to his last bout. He must have been working on that in the gym.
Campos tries for a takedown but Skinner circles away easily
and Skinner moves into the clinch.
Campos is trying to slow down the pace in the clinch, to catch his breath.
Campos wants a takedown but no success here.
Reagan Skinner has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Rio Campos.
Campos jumps guard but his hands slip and he falls flat on his back. Well, he's made himself look a right mug there, as Skinner walks away with a smile on his face. Campos gets slowly back to his feet and shakes his head.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.
Campos misses with a series of wild punches.
Skinner throws a counter high kick but Campos was just alert enough to avoid it.
Campos doesn't succeed with the takedown
and Skinner counters with a quick right hand to the jaw.
That's one minute gone in the round.
Skinner lands a big right hand that sends Campos crashing to the mat! Skinner stays standing though and waves Campos back to his feet!
Campos is rocked!
It looks like Rio Campos has been cut.
Campos gets his takedown attempt stuffed easily
and Skinner counters by moving into the clinch. Good anticipation by Skinner.
Campos is still on wobbly legs! Can Skinner finish him?
Skinner breaks the clinch and we return to the middle of the mat.
Campos with a poor takedown
and Skinner rattles Campos with a well-timed uppercut counter. - Campos tries to back away and recover but his hands are down low and he gets tagged again, sending him stumbling down to the canvas. Skinner dives in after him and quickly finishes the job with a trio of brutal punches, leaving Campos stiff and motionless on the mat!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 1:28 of round 1, we have a winner by way of KO (Strikes). Reagan Skinner!
