Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Damien Herzog (ranked 4102 p4p, 4064 weight class) and Sid Pommier (ranked 444 p4p, 441 weight class). Pommier has chosen Punch Deck - I Can’t Stop as his entrance music, which hasn't gone down very well with the crowd. We have two fighters making their debuts here, so let's see who comes out of this one with their first professional victory.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the light heavyweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of 0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Tokyo, Damien Herzog! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of 0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of New York, Sid Pommier! The judges for this bout are John Mangel, Summer Carpenter and Ron Honeybunn.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Herzog clinches up with Pommier and pushes him back against the cage. Pommier breaks the clinch and we're back to striking at distance.
Pommier takes a kick to the side of the head.
It looks like Sid Pommier has been cut. Herzog uses good head movement to avoid the hook from Pommier. Herzog gets cracked with a nice right hand there by Pommier. Herzog with a lazy takedown attempt and Pommier counters with a two punch combo. Pommier throws the kick towards the body but Herzog avoids it. Herzog goes for a double leg but Pommier avoids the attempt and the two fighters end up clinched against the cage as Pommier continues to drive forward. Pommier pushes off and circles away, back to the middle of the mat. Herzog slips under a jab. Herzog feinted with a counter takedown. Donk. Pommier catches Herzog right on the button with a cross. The crowd are loving this. Great action here. Herzog fails with a rather predictable takedown attempt. Pommier throws out a counter right but Herzog avoids it with no problem. That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Damien Herzog. That's going to take a lot out of him. Herzog tries for a takedown but Pommier sees it coming a mile off and avoids it easily. Pommier lands a pitter patter jab to the forehead of his opponent.
That's one minute gone in the round. Pommier connects with an inside leg kick. Herzog has a takedown stuffed. Pommier moves into the clinch. Pommier wants to take the fight to the mat but Herzog manages to get underhooks and keep the fight in the clinch. Pommier utilising his Muay Thai to score with a knee to the body. Pommier breaks the clinch and we're back to striking at distance.
Pommier lands a pitter patter jab to the forehead of his opponent. Pommier throws a big shot that misses. A big left from Pommier misses. Herzog shoots and misses enabling Pommier to counter with a crisp jab. Herzog wants to clinch.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Herzog misses with a takedown attempt and Pommier counters with a crisp one two that drops Herzog! Pommier thinks about following him to the mat for a moment but instead steps back and waves Herzog to his feet! Herzog is in big trouble!
Herzog is rocked! This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff! Pommier lands with a massive overhand right! Stick a fork in Herzog - he's out cold! Ermm... I think I just mixed my metaphors but yeah... That was a nice KO! Big win for Pommier!
