Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Hank McCoy (ranked 2393 p4p, 3053 weight class) and Claudio Benedetti (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Benedetti has chosen Atrevete te as his entrance music, which hasn't gone down very well with the crowd. The atmosphere really building for this one as we go over to our ring announcer for the fighter introductions!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the light heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 37 - 23 - 1, fighting out of Hilo, Claudio Benedetti!
The judges for this bout are Yasuomi Hirokawa, Yukihiro Yamamoto and Yukihiro Shimada.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
McCoy ducks under an overhand right and circles away with a smile on his face.
McCoy fires out a quick counter leg kick but Benedetti just manages to avoid it.
Benedetti throws a lazy uppercut
letting McCoy counter with a right hand.
Benedetti throws a lazy head kick
and Benedetti takes a counter punch right on the button for his troubles.
Benedetti closes the distance and takes a jab right on the nose as he does so.
Benedetti is rocked!
McCoy keeping his hands up high there, blocking the jab from Benedetti.
Benedetti throws an ugly left hook that misses
and McCoy counters with a left to the body.
Benedetti throws a combination but it was largely blocked by McCoy.
McCoy throws a nice inside leg kick.
McCoy lands a glancing blow to the side of Benedetti's head.
McCoy cracks Benedetti with a hook to the temple - Benedetti is on wobbly legs here! McCoy swarms him with hook after hook, landing with each one! Benedetti falls to the canvas face first and the referee dives in to stop the fight! McCoy wins by TKO!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 0:44 of round 1, we have a winner by way of TKO (Punches). Hank McCoy!
