Coming up we have a lightweight MMA rules bout between Thierry Medza (ranked 3859 p4p, 25310 weight class) and Arthur Horton (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Both these guys have really solid chins. Will we see a standup war or will they both decide that a knockout is unlikely and try to win the fight elsewhere?

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the lightweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 1 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Thierry Medza!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 2 - 3 - 0, fighting out of Sydney, Arthur Horton!
The judges for this bout are Daniel Franklin, Robert Twigg and George Francis.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
The fighters circling - Medza throws out the jab but it was never going to land.
Horton dives in and scores a takedown into Medza's guard.
Medza is looking to stand back up... there's a bit of a scramble and Horton dives into side control.
Medza avoids any damage from the ground and pound of Horton.
Horton just content to control the position.
Horton has the superior BJJ but he's also working some ground strikes into his gameplan.
Horton misses with the ground and pound.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.
Horton stands up and we're back to a striking position.
Medza takes a swing at Horton's ribcage but misses.
Medza with a jab.
Medza gets caught on his heels momentarily as he allows Horton to score an easy takedown into full guard.
That's one minute gone in the round.
Horton controls from within his opponent's guard.
Medza is looking to stand up but Horton isn't so interested in that idea.
Medza can't do much from the bottom at the moment, as Horton controls the pace.
Horton trying to control but Medza is working from the bottom.
Horton drops back looking for a submission - "I'm sorry sir, but I'm gunna break your leg" says Horton as he cranks on the unfortunate limb! Medza screams and taps out before any major damage is done! Don't mess with Horton! Nice submission victory there!
