Coming up we have a lightweight kickboxing rules bout between James Duke (ranked 3281 p4p, 20444 weight class) and Bryant Smith (ranked 303 p4p, 423 weight class). Smith has chosen Television - Marquee Moon as his entrance music. Both these guys have really solid chins. Will we see a standup war or will they both decide that a knockout is unlikely and try to win the fight elsewhere?

The judges for this bout are George Francis, Alan Glass and Chris Downing.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Duke scores with a jab to the jaw.
Duke uses good head movement to avoid the hook from Smith.
Good shot there by Duke.
Duke lands with a nice low kick. That'll leave a bruise.
A clash of legs there as Duke blocks the low kick.
Smith throws a head kick that misses.
Smith swings and misses with a hook to the body.
Duke scores with a punch to the head.
Duke lands a nice leg kick that just misses Smith's sensitive parts.
Duke looks to land a left hand but Smith moved out of range nicely.
Duke keeping a good distance there, avoiding the body shot.
Duke lands a leg kick that knocks Smith off balance momentarily.
A swing and a miss from Smith.
Duke cracks Smith with a good jab.

Smith looks for the body kick but Duke saw that one coming.
Smith throws a hard body shot but it just misses.
Smith lands a head kick. Duke smiles back at him and beckons him forward.
Duke looks to have improved his striking defense since last time we saw him fight.
Smith takes one on the chin but keeps coming.
Duke misses with the combination.

Duke scores with a big left there. The judges will like that one.
Smith throws a lazy uppercut
and Duke counters with a three punch combo that has Smith backing up. Smith nods at Duke to acknowledge the strikes.
A nice leg kick lands there from Duke.
Smith ducks down and throws a hook to the body but Duke moves away.
Duke is looking to counter punch.
Smith takes an uppercut right on the button but keeps his composure.
Smith is rocked!
Smith throws a hook but Duke avoids it easily.
Smith is still on wobbly legs! Can Duke finish him?
Duke is really peppering his opponent's head with punches.
Duke throws a nice hook to the body that draws an oooh from the crowd.
Smith looks winded!
Duke weaves into range and cracks Smith right on the temple with a beautiful overhand right! Smith goes down! He's out cold! Wow, what a beautiful knockout! Duke is strutting round the canvas like a movie star as the camera bulbs flash frantically.
Ladies and gentlemen, after 1:24 of round 1, we have a winner by way of KO (Punch). James Duke!
James Duke bigged himself up after the win. The crowd seemed to love it.
