Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the bantamweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 2 - 0 - 0, fighting out of St Petersburg, Alvin Kaufman!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 4 - 5 - 0, fighting out of Rio de Janeiro, Kevin Lin!
The judges for this bout are Aleksandr Martynov, Konstantin Menshow and Aleksei Zolotukhin.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Kaufman lands with a good body shot.
Lin shoots and misses
and Lin takes a counter punch right on the button for his troubles.
Kaufman definitely looks more muscular than last time we saw him fight.
Lin shoots in for a takedown. "I don't think so" says Kaufman as he avoids it easily.
A little feinted left hand from Kaufman on the counter but he doesn't commit to it.
Kaufman lands a slapping body shot.
Lin looks winded!
Kaufman fails with a takedown attempt.
Lin gets his takedown attempt stuffed easily
letting Kaufman counter with a right hand.
It looks like Kevin Lin has been cut.
Alvin Kaufman has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Kevin Lin.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.
Kaufman drops Lin with a naaaaasty hook - Lin is in real trouble here! Kaufman dives in to side control and pounds out his opponent for a TKO victory! The crowd goes nuts!
