The judges for this bout are Micheangelo Fripello, Jeff Smith and Colin Fray.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Friendly avoids the clinch attempt nicely.
Friendly thows a left - swing and a miss!
Forteyseven throws a lazy head kick
and Friendly moves into the clinch.
Friendly managing to block the knees to the body from Forteyseven.
Forteyseven has a body lock and is looking for a takedown. Friendly is bouncing around trying to prevent the takedown and somehow he has indeed managed to stay on his feet.
Friendly is leaning against Forteyseven and scores with a nice uppercut to the body.
Friendly's corner are urging him to control the action in the clinch for a moment, rather than mount any serious offense. I'm sure the crowd appreciate those instructions... not.

The fighters are pressed against the cage, as the pace of the fight slows.
Friendly lands a body punch - he's looking to wear down Forteyseven.

Friendly works on Forteyseven's body with a couple of short punches.

The ref breaks the fighters up, due to lack of action by Barnabus Friendly.

Forteyseven tries to close the distance and clinch up but Friendly swats him away and circles back towards the center.
Forteyseven tries to score a power double leg takedown but Friendly sees that one coming and sprawls well. That will dishearten Forteyseven somewhat.
That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Agent Forteyseven. That's going to take a lot out of him.
Forteyseven is breathing heavily.
Friendly looks to score with a combo but nothing lands.
Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.

Forteyseven dives in and grabs Friendly's left leg, looking for a takedown. Friendly pushes down on Forteyseven's head and hops out.
A nice side step and Friendly releases a counter shot to the body, but it doesn't find it's home.
Forteyseven misses with a low kick.
Forteyseven fails with a takedown attempt.

Friendly throws a hook but Forteyseven avoids it easily.
Forteyseven tries a switch kick but it misses it's target.
Forteyseven shoots in for a takedown but Friendly shows good takedown defense.
Forteyseven avoids the body shot from Friendly.
Friendly tries to land with a swinging hook to the body but Forteyseven was well out of range. Poor timing from Friendly.
A jab from Friendly does it's job there.
Friendly circles and sees the opportunity to plant his feet and throw a really nice straight left hand that drops Forteyseven to the canvas! Forteyseven doesn't know where he is but he's trying to survive - Friendly keeps piling on the pressure and forces the referee to step in! This one is aaaaaall over!
