Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the featherweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 5 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Hilo, Melvin Klein!
The judges for this bout are Hirohito Nitta, Yuuki Gou and Yukihiro Shimada.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Klein pushing out the jab but it's not landing.
Klein works Daerji's body with a nice hook.
Klein missing with a left hand there. Daerji was out of range so wasted energy throwing that one.
Daerji seemed to be looking to counter by closing the distance.

Daerji lifts his leg as if looking to counter with a high kick.
Daerji looks for a takedown but Klein sprawls well.
Klein avoids the clinch attempt nicely.

Daerji changes levels looking for a counter takedown but doesn't commit.

and Daerji counters by clinching up.

Daerji moves forwards but Klein connects with a nice, crisp jab.
Klein lands an overhand right.

Klein connects with a hook to the side of his opponent's head.
Klein misses with a wild body shot.
As Klein looks to move away, Daerji throws a big counter combo but Klein just gets out of the way.

enabling Daerji to counter with a crisp jab.
Daerji ducks under an overhand right and circles away with a smile on his face.
Klein scores with a shot to the body.
Klein slips in close and lands a nice hook before moving back out of range.
Daerji is rocked!
Klein pounces like a tiger and cracks Daerji with a vicious hook! Daerji is down but not out! Klein follows up with more strikes forcing the ref to jump in and stop it!
