Coming up we have a featherweight MMA rules bout between AJ Adams (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Jack Siegel (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Siegel is bouncing up and down as he enters the arena, backed by Fortunate Son. Jack Siegel told me before the fight that he's been watching a lot of DVDs so let's see if that helps him in this one! I can't wait to find out!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the featherweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

4 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, AJ Adams!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

5 - 1 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Jack Siegel!
The judges for this bout are Gwen Towbar, George Francis and Tiny Johnson.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Siegel misses the shot to the body.
A really sloppy takedown attempt there from Adams.
Siegel is looking to slow Adams down with leg kicks.
Adams misses with a body kick.
Siegel takes one on the button.
Siegel swings for the body but Adams moves out of range.
Siegel throws out a loose jab but Adams uses good head movement to avoid it.
Siegel misses with a few strikes there.
Adams closes this distance looking for a takedown but Siegel circles away.
Siegel avoids the head kick by Adams.
Adams staying out of range there.
Adams gets cracked with a nice right hand there by Siegel.
That's one minute gone in the round.

Siegel throws a jab but it's blocked by Adams.
Adams throws a leg kick that is checked
and Adams takes a counter punch right on the button for his troubles.
Adams connects with a lovely jab that went straight through the gap between Siegel's hands.
Siegel staying out of range there.
Siegel cracks Adams with a nasty uppercut that draws ooohs from the crowd and sends Adams tumbling backwards onto the mat. He tries to recover but Siegel pounces and lands a hail of unanswered strikes that forces the referee to step in to end the fight! Adams is not happy but he gave the referee no choice!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 1:38 of round 1, we have a winner by way of TKO (Strikes). Jack Siegel!
