Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the bantamweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 2 - 2 - 0, fighting out of Sydney, Slade Sutton!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Rio de Janeiro, Will Silva!
The judges for this bout are Ben Watson, Topper Green and Ben Hemmingworth.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Sutton throws a sloppy head kick and Silva moves out of range easily.
Silva moves his head to the side to avoid a jab but walks straight into a cross.
Sutton scores with a nice head shot.
Sutton will need to tighten up his combinations if he doesn't want to gas himself out, swinging at thin air.
Silva shoots in but Sutton avoids the takedown attempt easily.
Silva finds himself stumbling back on wobbly legs after being clipped by a right hand. He's up against the cage, ducking and weaving under Sutton's strikes but an uppercut finds it's way through and Silva falls! - He's completely out of it and the ref jumps in to save him!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 0:32 of round 1, we have a winner by way of TKO (Strikes). Slade Sutton!
A very excited looking Slade Sutton made sure he remembered to thank all the fans both in the arena and on the internet. He said all the coolest people spend all day on MMA websites, which got a big reaction.
