Coming up we have a welterweight MMA rules bout between Darren Will (ranked 689 p4p, 2567 weight class) and Xavier Schmidt (ranked 94 p4p, 296 weight class). Well, the cameraman is lingering on a pretty young lady for a bit too long there. Keep your eyes on the prize buddy or you'll miss the fighter intros!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the welterweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 6 - 2 - 0, fighting out of London, Darren Will!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 10 - 6 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Xavier Schmidt!
The judges for this bout are Kenichi Hosakawa, Yuuki Gou and Hirohito Nitta.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Schmidt throws an overhand right that lands on Will's shoulder, as Will tries to avoid the shot.
Will throws a big counter combination but Schmidt scrambles out of danger and avoids any damage.
Schmidt fakes high and shoots in for a takedown but Will avoids it really well and circles away.
Schmidt shakes his hands off, looking to compose himself, but takes a jab to the jaw whilst he does it.
Will loads up on a big right hand but Schmidt slips the punch.
Will lands a slapping body shot.
Will swings for the body but Schmidt moves out of range.
It seemed like Schmidt was going to counter with the hook but didn't fully commit to it.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.
Will's jab looks to have found its range, popping Schmidt under the eye.
Schmidt takes an uppercut right on the button but keeps his composure.
Schmidt walks straight into a jab right on the nose. That one stung - he's blinking and trying to clear his head.
Schmidt misses with a straight left.
That's one minute gone in the round.
Will looks to land a combination. Schmidt sees it coming but can only parry a couple of the shots.
Will lands a lovely overhand right.
Will misses with an uppercut.
Schmidt throws out a counter right but Will avoids it with no problem.
Will pushes forward with a 1-2 combination that forces Schmidt back to the cage. Will follows up with a solid lead hook to the liver.
Darren Will seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Will misses the body punch
and Schmidt counters with a takedown into side control! That could mean trouble for Will!
Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show!
Schmidt thinks about going for a far side armbar but bails out and retains the dominant position instead.
Schmidt is looking to finish here, going for an Americana. Will knows the correct defense though, so he's OK.
Schmidt tries for an arm triangle. That looks pretty tight to me. Is this one over!?! Possibly, maybe, no Schmidt has let go of the choke. Obviously it wasn't as tight as we thought!
Schmidt has been taking part in the yoga sessions down at Rabid Dog. Presumably he's going to look for a slick submission... Or maybe he's looking to avoid one.

Will trying to control but Schmidt flips him over like a cheap hooker and has his back!
Schmidt is persistently looking for the submission but Will is defending it well.
Schmidt struggling to land strikes to the head as Will covers up.

Will is keeping busy.
Schmidt has the hooks in and he's looking for a rear naked choke here. Will is defending well but eventually Schmidt manages to get an arm under the chin and he's locked on the RNC! Will has no choice but to tap now! He does! This one is all over!
