Coming up we have a heavyweight MMA rules bout between Josiah Dooly (ranked 3730 p4p, 3767 weight class) and William Halloway (ranked 405 p4p, 406 weight class). Halloway has chosen Jay-Z/Linkin Park - Encore as his entrance music. We have two fighters making their debuts here, so let's see who comes out of this one with their first professional victory.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Halloway feints a jab promting Dooly to slip. Halloway then demonstrates his capabilities by jabbing again. Dooly slips again and ducks right into an uppercut.
William Halloway seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Halloway throws a combination but comes up with nothing but fresh air.
Dooly seemed to be looking to counter by closing the distance.

Halloway shuffles to his left behind two crisp jabs. Dooly eats them both and turns towards Halloway to reposition himself and eats a stinging right hand-left hook combo.

Dooly looks like he's developed a pretty tasty lump over his left eye. He'll need to avoid taking much more damage to that.
This has been an exciting period of action!

Well Halloway has outworked and out performed his opponent in all aspects of the game today. He was simply too good and the decision should be no more than a formality. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
