Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the welterweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Tokyo, Hanzo Hasashi!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 1 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Jonathan Huang!
The judges for this bout are Matti Vanhoillinen, Johanna Lukiainen and Tarja Halkonen.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Hasashi gets off balance looking for a body kick
and Huang counters with a single leg into guard. Hasashi didn't expect that.
Huang wants to control from the top but Hasashi keeps moving.
Hasashi wants to get back to his feet but he's too absorbed in his own little project and Huang manages to pass to side control.
Hasashi is trying to stand.
Hasashi wants to stand back up but Huang manages to pass into side control.
Hasashi is trying to escape and get back to his feet.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.
Hasashi is trying to escape the position but Huang is controlling the position.
That's one minute gone in the round.
Hasashi prevents Huang from moving into mount.
Hasashi is trying to stand back up. He's worked his way up against the cage but Huang has just dragged him back down to the mat.
Huang tries for a kimura. Not really close to a finish though.
Huang throws a strike aimed at the side of Hasashi's head but Hasashi avoids it well.
Huang throws a knee to the body but it doesn't do much damage.
Huang is trying to get an arm triangle but Hasashi is defending well.
Huang goes for an armbar here - this could be all over! But no, Hasashi has escaped beautifully and is now on top in side control! Oh, that's unlucky for Huang but great work by Hasashi.
That's two minutes gone in the round.
Huang tries to work a leg under to get back to half guard but Hasashi wriggles his own leg back out and remains in side control.
Huang is sneaking out the side here. He's bucked Hasashi off and has taken his back!
The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so!
Huang wants to control but Hasashi is keeping busy.
Hasashi covering up well under a barage of strikes.
Huang has the superior BJJ but he's also working some ground strikes into his gameplan.
Oooh a big shot gets through from Huang. Many more shots like that and the referee will have to think about stepping in!
So, who will make the next big move? In this position it could be crucial.

Hasashi covering up well under a series of strikes from Huang.
Huang is working for the choke. He's slipped one arm under the chin. Hasashi has to defend the other arm for all he's worth... but Huang has managed to get that arm free too and he's tightening the choke! Hasashi taps out and looks absolutely disgusted with himself. Huang doesn't care though - he's delighted!
