Coming up we have a lightweight MMA rules bout between Efim Gracie (ranked 3078 p4p, 3112 weight class) and Ryota Fukado (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Gracie's entrance music is The Reunion- Eminem ft. Royce Da 5'9. A fine choice. Both fighters really staring each other down here, as Ryota Fukado enters the cage!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the lightweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 9 - 10 - 0, fighting out of Amsterdam, Efim Gracie!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 7 - 7 - 0, fighting out of Tokyo, Ryota Fukado!
The judges for this bout are Daniel Blasius, Nard Betker and Wagner Zegers.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Fukado tries to land a front kick but Gracie steps back. That was a bit too telegraphed.
Gracie looks exhausted already! Oh dear, he should have come in in better shape than this!
A big right from Gracie misses.
Gracie throws out a loose jab but Fukado uses good head movement to avoid it.

and Fukado counters into the clinch. Nicely done.
Fukado is working on a single leg takedown against the cage. Gracie can't fight it off and eventually Fukado manages to take the fight to the floor. Gracie looks annoyed but at least he's managed to land in guard.
Fukado not doing a lot at the moment. He'll have to show some more aggression or the fight will get stood up.

The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
The referee decides to stand the fighters back up.
Gracie throws an uppercut from half a mile away. Fukado sees it coming and avoids it easily.

Fukado gets a nice trip takedown into half guard.
Gracie's coaches at Kaptajnernes Træningscenter have been working on his defensive grappling in preparation for this fight so let's see if he can get out of this tricky position.

Let's hope that Fukado has the urge to step up the pace any second now because for the last 15 or 20 seconds he's just been holding on tight.

Fukado working for a submission here. He's tucked his head under his opponent's arm, looking for an arm triangle. He's hopped off into side control, looking to tighten the submission... is it going to work? He's given up a good position looking for it. Gracie looks OK. Oh, I spoke too soon, he's out! That must have been tighter than I thought! Excellent work there by Fukado! Submission of the night perhaps?
