And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 1 - 3 - 0, fighting out of St Petersburg, Joe Missel!
The judges for this bout are Luis Engracia, Paulo Santos and Leandro Rodrigues.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Woods is trying hard to land a takedown here. Missel sprawls well and keeps this one on the feet.
Missel rushes Woods and presses him up against the cage.
Missel manages to pull guard. Let's see whether he can land a sub off his back.
Woods slows down the pace of the fight, as he sits in guard.
Missel is working an open guard here, looking to improve his position. No doubt that will leave him open to counters but at least he's being more offensive.
Woods with a couple of shots to the head there. Not particularly brutal.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.
Woods drops back looking for a submission - "I'm sorry sir, but I'm gunna break your leg" says Woods as he cranks on the unfortunate limb! Missel screams and taps out before any major damage is done! Don't mess with Woods! Nice submission victory there!
