Coming up we have a middleweight MMA rules bout between Nickolas Holt (ranked 4437 p4p, 2943 weight class) and Junfeng Li (ranked 402 p4p, 306 weight class). On his way into the cage it seems that Nickolas Holt has been attacked by a crazed fan! It looks like it might have been the just bleed guy! Luckily Nickolas Holt seems to be OK! I thought that lunatic was in prison!?

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the middleweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 5 - 5 - 0, fighting out of London, Nickolas Holt!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 4 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Junfeng Li!
The judges for this bout are Paul Tew, Sam Margolis and Andrew Berry.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Holt throws a lazy head kick
and Li counters with a single leg into guard. Holt didn't expect that.
Holt is looking to stand back up but Li counters by passing into half guard. Oops... bit sloppy there by Holt.
We could do with one of the fighters taking the initiative a bit more on the ground - they're both waiting to capitalize on a mistake.
Li is controlling the pace.
Ground and pound from Li.
Li slips a nice elbow through Holt's hands, connecting with Holt's forehead.
Li passes to side control.
Li grinds an elbow into Holt's temple.
Li cracks Holt with a big elbow.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
Holt takes an elbow right on the bridge of the nose and winces in pain.
Holt is working to avoid the ground and pound but Li connects with a decent elbow.
Holt is rocked!
That's one minute gone in the round.
Li has hold of Holt's arm here. He's working for an Americana. It looks like he might have it! Holt tries to escape but he's just digging himself in deeper - Li cranks the arm and Holt screams in pain! The ref makes a decision and ends the fight before the tap - no complains from Holt, who is just happy to have his arm attached to his body.
Ladies and gentlemen, after 1:19 of round 1, we have a winner by way of Submission (Americana). Junfeng Li!
Junfeng Li seemed lost for words in his post fight interview but he remembered to thank his fans and directed everyone to his website.
