Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Jon Lamotta (ranked 4833 p4p, 23746 weight class) and Harris Kobelikos (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Lamotta comes to the cage accompanied by Islam walkout. Both fighters look fresh as a daisy as they make their way towards the cage.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the light heavyweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of 5 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Jon Lamotta! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of 3 - 7 - 0, fighting out of Amsterdam, Harris Kobelikos! The judges for this bout are Alan Glass, Stewart Dunkirk and Daniel Franklin.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Kobelikos has Lamotta up against the cage in a clinch.
Lamotta tries to pull guard but Kobelikos won't allow it.
Lamotta is trying to pull guard but Kobelikos turns him against the cage and we stay in the clinch. Kobelikos is clearly stalling here... Pick up the pace son.
Lamotta jumps guard but his hands slip and he falls flat on his back. Well, he's made himself look a right mug there, as Kobelikos walks away with a smile on his face. Lamotta gets slowly back to his feet and shakes his head. That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Jon Lamotta. That's going to take a lot out of him. Kobelikos drives through with a takedown into guard. Kobelikos slows down the pace of the fight, as he sits in guard. Kobelikos lands a couple of digs. We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. Kobelikos got a little sloppy there for a moment and Lamotta has worked his way into a loose triangle - can he finish it?! No, Kobelikos has managed to get both his arms back between Lamotta's legs - danger averted. Lamotta looking for subs off his back but Kobelikos has passed one foot through into half guard.
That's one minute gone in the round. Kobelikos is looking for a kimura but Lamotta is holding onto that half guard position, so it's hard for Kobelikos to get the leverage. Kobelikos is figuring out what he wants to do next. Kobelikos decides to stand and escape the position. Lamotta misses with a body shot.
Kobelikos clinches up with Lamotta and pushes him back against the cage.
That's two minutes gone in the round. The crowd are showing their displeasure at the lack of action as loud boos ring out around the arena. Lamotta fails to pull guard.
Kobelikos breaks the clinch and we're back to striking at distance.
Lamotta throws a leg kick but Kobelikos sees it coming and checks it nicely. Kobelikos drives through with a takedown into Lamotta's guard. Let's see what he can do from the top position. Lamotta being controlled here, momentarily. Lamotta is looking for a triangle but Kobelikos pushes his legs off easily.
Lamotta has his foot on Kobelikos's thigh. He's trying to push off and get in position for a triangle, I think. Kobelikos works his way back into a safe position though. Kobelikos missing there with some ground and pound from the guard.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Kobelikos tries to stand but Lamotta is controlling from the bottom. Kobelikos controls from within his opponent's guard.
The referee has decided to stand the fighters back up, so we'll restart on the feet. Kobelikos shoots in from a long way out. He's driving through with the takedown attempt and he eventually gets it, landing in Lamotta's guard. Kobelikos passes easily into side control. Nice work. Lamotta on the wrong end of some ground and pound.
That's four minutes gone in the round. Lamotta is being controlled here. Lamotta tries to improve position but can't. Kobelikos content to control the pace. The referee will try and keep them active though. Kobelikos stands up. Boooooooooooooooooooo!!! God, this has been a terrible round. Come on you two, sort yourselves out! Kobelikos throws a head kick that Lamotta semi-blocks.
And that is the end of the round. The fighters go back to their corners.
Harris Kobelikos dominated that round. The referee calls time. The cornermen exit stage left and we're back to business. Lamotta throws a monster uppercut resembling something out of street fighter but it doesn't land. Kobelikos wants to counter the offense by Lamotta and move into the clinch position.
It looks like Jon Lamotta has been cut. Lamotta takes a shot right to the bread basket. Kobelikos feints and then dives in with a takedown. That was a long way out but the feint bought him enough time to close the distance and complete the takedown. Now we'll play guard for a bit and see who can get the better of that position. Kobelikos has decided he wants to stand but the closed guard of Lamotta is proving hard to escape from. Kobelikos looking to pass the guard. Kobelikos keeps in close for a moment and lands a decent shot to the side of Lamotta's head. We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. Kobelikos is stalling in the full guard.
That's one minute gone in the round. Lamotta working for submissions but it's allowed Kobelikos to get to half guard.
Lamotta wants to get back to full guard. The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work. Kobelikos not doing much here.

That's two minutes gone in the round. A lull in the action here being met with boos from the crowd. Kobelikos seems content to control from guard here. He's going to have to remain active though if he doesn't want to get stood back up. Lamotta utilising some decent striking defenses from the guard, preventing the ground and pound. Kobelikos scoring with some ground and pound. Kobelikos sitting in guard here, content to control. Kobelikos passes Lamotta's left leg - he's now in half guard.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Kobelikos takes a deep breath and rests his weight momentarily on top of his opponent, to control the position. Lamotta is looking to regain full guard. Not this time though. Kobelikos is figuring out what he wants to do next.
The referee decides to stand the fighters back up. Kobelikos's corner calls for a 1, 2 combination and Kobelikos duly obliges. Kobelikos fakes an overhand right and shoots for a takedown. Lamotta sprawls well initially but Kobelikos persists and gets the takedown into half guard. Kobelikos stands up from half guard... He's had enough of that ground malarky for the time being. Kobelikos moves into the clinch.
That's four minutes gone in the round. Kobelikos lands an elbow inside that Lamotta shrugs off. Kobelikos has been the more effective fighter overall so far. Kobelikos gets a nice trip takedown into half guard. This has been an exciting period of action! Kobelikos is keen to just control but Lamotta is a slippery customer. Kobelikos with a momentary lay and pray from half guard. Nice strikes from Kobelikos there. Kobelikos perhaps working for something from half guard, or maybe not. It looks like he's just sitting there. The crowd thankful this round is nearly over. The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing. Lamotta has hold of Kobelikos's hands but Kobelikos slips his arm to the side and lands an elbow. And that is the end of the round. The fighters go back to their corners.
Harris Kobelikos showed his class in that round. I'd imagine he'll take it on all the scorecards. The cut man is working on Jon Lamotta's cut. The corners get their ten second warning. Both fighters stand from their stools and stare each other down, ready to get back to the action. This is the final round! Kobelikos cracks Lamotta with a right hand to the side of the head. Kobelikos slips under a jab. Kobelikos shoots in and scores a nice double leg takedown into half guard. Lamotta has no desire to be mounted, so is trying to control. Kobelikos is working away from the top position though. Lamotta looking to work for a kimura from the bottom. We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. That's two minutes gone in the round. The crowd are starting to boo a lack of action. Kobelikos tries to stand but his hand is stuck under Lamotta. Kobelikos content to control rather than advance.
The ref stands the fighters back up due to a lack of activity. Harris Kobelikos seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout. Lamotta tries to clinch there but Kobelikos circles away.
A nice combination there by Kobelikos.
Kobelikos uses decent footwork to sidestep a right hand from Lamotta. Lamotta tries to keep at a distance but Kobelikos has taken the fight into the clinch. Kobelikos successfully pulls guard.
Kobelikos isolates an arm and boxes in a triangle. Lamotta stacks Kobelikos on his neck as he steps over and passes to the side. He's now in a much more dominant position where he can look to do some serious damage. Nice move by Lamotta!
That's three minutes gone in the round. Kobelikos is sneaking out the side here. He's bucked Lamotta off and has taken his back! Kobelikos has good solid back control here. Kobelikos patiently working for the choke. Which fighter will keep their nerve here? Our spies down at at Cozad Amsterdam inform us that Kobelikos has really been working on his submissions in the buildup to this fight. Will it pay off? Kobelikos trying to secure his dominant position for a moment - making sure Lamotta doesn't escape. Kobelikos is hanging on to Lamotta's back as he tries to escape.
That's four minutes gone in the round. Lamotta defends a rear naked choke attempt by controlling one of Kobelikos's arms. Kobelikos lands shots from the back. Jon Lamotta has stepped it up - he knows he needs a finish here! You can see the frustration on Lamotta's face… He knows he is in trouble unless he improves his position sooner rather than later.
The crowd thankful this round is nearly over. Kobelikos is looking cool and calm here, just waiting for a good opportunity to attack and finish the fight from this dominant position.
And that's the end of the fight! Harris Kobelikos comfortably won the final round on my scorecard. Well Kobelikos has outworked and out performed his opponent in all aspects of the game today. He was simply too good and the decision should be no more than a formality. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
