Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the welterweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 6 - 7 - 0, fighting out of Rio de Janeiro, Alberto Braga!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 37 - 39 - 1, fighting out of Los Angeles, Romulus Gerber!
The judges for this bout are Luis Engracia, Daniel Cesar and Matheus Silva.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Nice cross by Gerber.
Gerber throws a leg kick but he was too far away and it doesn't land.
Braga definitely looks more muscular than last time we saw him fight.
Romulus Gerber seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Braga throws a body shot but no joy.
Gerber uses some good footwork to avoid the body shot by Braga.
Braga misses with a body shot.
Braga swinging wildly here.
Gerber misses with a hook
and Braga counters with a nice uppercut.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.
Braga checks the leg kick nicely there.
Braga wants to clinch.
Gerber looked like he wanted to counter with a punch but didn't throw it.
That's one minute gone in the round.

Gerber throws a half hearted mid kick.
Gerber pushing out the jab but it's not landing.
Gerber jabs. That one connects to the head of his opponent.
Gerber jabbing away but nothing is landing.
A big right from Gerber misses.
And Braga counters with a quick kick to the body but Gerber blocks it.
That's two minutes gone in the round.
Gerber thows a left - swing and a miss!
Gerber looks to throw the jab but Braga is out of range.
Braga tries to close the distance and clinch up but Gerber swats him away and circles back towards the center.
Braga dives in and grabs Gerber's left leg, looking for a takedown. Gerber pushes down on Braga's head and hops out.
Gerber throws out a counter right but Braga avoids it with no problem.
Braga takes a hook to the side of the head. I wonder if that's got his ears ringing.
Braga throws an uppercut from half a mile away. Gerber sees it coming and avoids it easily.
Braga checks a low kick. Bone on bone - not my idea of a good time.
Braga ducks down and throws a hook to the body but Gerber moves away.
Gerber tries a low kick but Braga avoids it.
That's three minutes gone in the round.
Gerber throws a combination but it was largely blocked by Braga.
Braga is looking for a counter combo.
Gerber moving in and out of range nicely, whilst landing the scoring shot.
Gerber blocks a jab.
Braga goes for a double leg but Gerber avoids the attempt and the two fighters end up clinched against the cage as Gerber continues to drive forward.
The pace slowing considerably in the clinch, as Gerber takes a break from that fighting nonsense to think about the finer things in life.
Braga works for the underhooks and manages to get a trip takedown into guard.

Gerber has his feet on Braga's thighs here. He's pushed Braga off and worked for a very quick armbar from the bottom! He's flipped onto his stomach and he's cranking hard on the arm! Braga screams in pain and taps out! This one is all over!
