Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the featherweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of 4 - 2 - 0, fighting out of Sydney, Marcus Spring! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of 1 - 2 - 0, fighting out of Hilo, Pitchitok Tor Saengmorakot! The judges for this bout are Alan Glass, Tiny Johnson and Stewart Dunkirk.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Spring ducks down and throws a hook to the body but Saengmorakot moves away. And an attempted straight right on the counter from Saengmorakot! But no joy. Spring takes a swing at Saengmorakot's ribcage but misses. Saengmorakot doesn't fully commit to the body shot counter. Saengmorakot misses with a straight left. Spring fakes high and swings low for a body shot but Saengmorakot manages to avoid it. Saengmorakot needs to keep his hands up - Spring had a free shot at his head there. Spring scores with a sloppy punch to the body. Not much technique there but it did the business. Spring swings wildly with a couple of big hooks
