Mambosa comes to the cage accompanied by O Fortuna. Scott Highlander is the more experienced fighter, so let's see if that makes a difference tonight.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Mambosa bobs and weaves into range and then changes levels and scores with a nice takedown into side control.
Mambosa looks up at the clock and then as Highlander takes his cue and looks up at the clock too, Mambosa smacks him right in the chops with a big elbow! How rude!
Highlander is looking for a sweep.
Mambosa is looking for a kimura. He might have it! No, Highlander has escaped the position, nice work there.
Mambosa misses with an attempted head punch from side control.
Mambosa throws a knee to the body but it doesn't do much damage.

Highlander had isolated an arm as going for an omaplata. Mambosa is defending the submission well but is in a very vulnerable position. Highlander Is leaning forward trying to finish the omaplata but decides to abandon it, and take Mambosa's back instead.

There's a bit of a scramble here and now Mambosa is on top in guard.
