And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of St Petersburg, Islam Magomedaliev!
The judges for this bout are John Kavanagh, David Schapiro and Lou da Vinci.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Magomedaliev doesn't manage to clinch there - Powell circles away.
Magomedaliev tries to clinch up.
Powell was looking to counter that move with a punch but didn't quite pull the trigger.
Magomedaliev shoots in for a takedown. He's persisting with it as Powell sprawls well. Powell wins this battle and keeps the fight standing. Magomedaliev gets slowly back to his feet.

Powell drops Magomedaliev onto one knee with a big uppercut from the clinch! Magomedaliev is propped up by the cage and works his way back to his feet!

Powell lands a left hand that snaps the head of Magomedaliev backwards.

Powell throws a big uppercut that drops Magomedaliev! More strikes from Powell and the referee jumps in to stop the fight! Magomedaliev lies dazed against the cage as Powell celebrates with his cornermen!
