Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the lightweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

The judges for this bout are James Ackerman, Daniel Bishop and Richard Clark.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Payne dances in quickly and lands a nice inside leg kick on Schneider. That did some damage!

Schneider closes the distance and clinches up with Payne, looking for a takedown. Schneider pushes Payne against the cage but Payne circles to the side and manages to break the clinch.

Payne went nuts there looking for a big combo counter but none of the flurry connected.
Harry Payne has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Marques Schneider.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.
Payne lands a big head kick that sends Schneider tumbling to the mat! Payne takes a step backwards and waves Schneider back to his feet - he wants the finish!

Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.
Payne steps into range and unloads a brutal right left combo! Schneider is out on his feet! Payne sets himself and nearly takes Schneider's head off with a straight right, sending him crashing to the mat! Wow, that was nasty... but awesome! Wooo!
