Borgia is fighting to break Hall's control of his arms but Hall is doing a good job of controlling the position at the moment.

Hall seems to have a rather negative gameplan on the ground. He seems keen to just score the takedown and hold down Borgia for as long as he can get away with.

I really don't envy Borgia right now.
Hall is controlling his opponent, waiting for an opportunity to finish.

Hall slows the pace down here. Having a little breather whilst he's in a dominant position, looking to rest and regain some energy, ready to go for the finish.

So, who will make the next big move? In this position it could be crucial.
Hall continues to hold on tight.

If it seems like I'm not saying a lot, it's just because Hall is stinking the place up with his stalling.
Borgia is the more experienced fighter here and he's going to need to draw on some of that experience if he's going to pull this one out the bag.

Borgia trying to control but he's just got himself in more trouble.
I would not like to be Borgia right now.
Hall will need to keep those long limbs tucked in whilst he's on the ground, to prevent any submissions.

Hall controlling well, preventing Borgia from escaping the position.
Hall has the hooks sunk in and you can see the will to fight slowly draining out of Borgia's body.
Borgia tries to roll but Hall sticks to his back.
Hall has good solid back control here.

Hall is not going to allow Borgia to sit and survive in this position.
Borgia is being controlled on the ground here - he must escape this position otherwise surely the end is near.
