Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the bantamweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 26 - 132 - 3, fighting out of Las Vegas, Mmm Mmm!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 128 - 32 - 2, fighting out of Las Vegas, Sss Sss!
The judges for this bout are Tiny Johnson, Chris Downing and George Francis.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
We've got one fighter who appears to only be looking to counter and the other not looking particularly aggressive either, so we could be in for a dull fight.
Mmm gets caught napping as Sss dives in and scores a takedown. Mmm manages to retain guard.
Sss being controlled here momentarily.
Mmm looking for a sweep. Not yet Mmm, not yet.
Mmm looking to sweep using the butterfly guard but Sss puts pay to that idea as he passes nicely into half guard.
Sss stalling.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.
Sss prevents Mmm from improving his position.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.

The referee calls for the fighters to work.
Sss is thwarting Mmm's attempts to control the position.
Mmm is doing well to avoid being mounted. He's controlling the position at the moment.
The referee decides to stand the fighters back up.
Sss tries to score a power double leg takedown but Mmm sees that one coming and sprawls well. That will dishearten Sss somewhat.
Mmm throws a quick counter kick to the body but Sss avoids it.

The crowd are showing their displeasure at the lack of action as loud boos ring out around the arena.
Sss throws a body kick, spinning off balance
and Mmm counters with a nice body kick.
Sss leaves Mmm with his face pressed against the mat as he sprawls beautifully, defending against a solid takedown attempt.
A countering left hand to the body from Sss misses.

Sss shoots in but doesn't get the takedown
and Mmm counters with a nice double leg into half guard.
Sss desperately trying to maintain half guard.
Sss avoiding damage under a succession of punches from Mmm.
Sss is looking to control Mmm's leg but it's slowly edging free. Can Sss avoid being mounted?

Sss is staying active underneath Mmm, who seems content to just control the action from this position.
Mmm is taking a breather. Sss says something to him but it's hard to make out. Perhaps he's telling him to get on with it and actually do something.
Mmm missing with the ground and pound from half guard.
Mmm wants to take a breather but Sss is having none of it.
The referee has decided to stand the fighters back up, so we'll restart on the feet.
Boooooooooooooooooooo!!! God, this has been a terrible round. Come on you two, sort yourselves out!
Sss closes the distance and gets a trip takedown into side control. Mmm quickly recovers to half guard.
Mmm is controlling Sss's trapped leg to prevent Sss from advancing to side control.
And that is the end of the round. The fighters go back to their corners.
A close round but Sss Sss will probably get the nod.
That's the end of the interval. I'm sure that seemed a lot quicker than a minute for our two fighters! Back to the action.
A really sloppy takedown attempt there from Mmm.
Sss raises up his leg as if looking to counter with a high kick.
Mmm dives in and grabs Sss's left leg, looking for a takedown. Sss pushes down on Mmm's head and hops out.
Mmm looks for a takedown here. Will he get it? Sss is fending him off so far but Mmm persists. Nope, Sss circles away and we're back to standing.

Mmm shoots in looking for a takedown but Sss manages to keep the fight standing, pushing Mmm's face into the canvas for good measure before circling away.
Sss fakes a strike and closes the distance, dragging Mmm to the ground. Sss is now in Mmm's guard.
Sss not doing a lot at the moment. He'll have to show some more aggression or the fight will get stood up.
Mmm trying to keep a closed guard but Sss is proving a slippery customer.
Sss passes into half guard under a barage of strikes.

Sss content to control rather than advance.
Sss's corner are shouting for him to control the position and he seems happy to oblige.
Mmm wants to control but Sss is keeping busy.

Sss Sss showed his class in that round. I'd imagine he'll take it on all the scorecards.
That's time! Mmm's corner gives him a slap on the ass as he gets ready to fight. Let's hear some noise people - this is the final round!

and Sss counters with a head kick. That will keep Mmm thinking before he tries any more sloppy attacks!

Sss Sss comfortably won the final round on my scorecard.
Well Sss has outworked and out performed his opponent in all aspects of the game today. He was simply too good and the decision should be no more than a formality. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
