Coming up we have a lightweight MMA rules bout between Minatay Mibangon (ranked 23296 p4p, 23304 weight class) and Kulata Bitok (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Over to our ring announcer for the fighter introductions!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the lightweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 47 - 63 - 13, fighting out of Las Vegas, Minatay Mibangon!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 41 - 76 - 7, fighting out of Las Vegas, Kulata Bitok!
The judges for this bout are George Francis, Tiny Johnson and Chris Downing.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
We've got one fighter who appears to only be looking to counter and the other not looking particularly aggressive either, so we could be in for a dull fight.
Bitok stuffs a takedown. It's all about dictating where the fight takes place and Bitok wants it to stay on the feet.
A countering left hand to the body from Bitok misses.
Bitok closes the distance and after a bit of a stuggle, scores a takedown into Mibangon's guard.
Mibangon has control of Bitok's left arm, preventing Bitok from doing any damage.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.
Bitok stands up and looks to throw the legs aside to pass to side control. Mibangon swivels though and keeps the full guard.

It looks like Bitok might be adopting somewhat of a lay and pray gameplan here, which I'm sure won't go down too well with the paying fans in attendance... Or the ring announcers come to think of it.
Mibangon is trying to control the position from the bottom.
The referee has decided to stand the fighters back up, so we'll restart on the feet.

Well. There's a bit of a lull in the action here and the crowd are starting to get restless.
Bitok slaps away a takedown attempt from Mibangon, before circling back to the center of the mat.
Mibangon darts in and lands a nice takedown into half guard.

Bitok is doing well to avoid being mounted. He's controlling the position at the moment.
Mibangon performing his best blanket impression for a moment.
Bitok is doing well to control the position and prevent Mibangon from advancing to side control.

A few boos can be heard. I'm sure they will multiply if the fighters don't pick up the pace.
Let's hope that Bitok has the urge to step up the pace any second now because for the last 15 or 20 seconds he's just been holding on tight.
Bitok is trying to maintain the position but Mibangon is very close to passing his half guard.

Mibangon not doing much here.
The referee claps his hands together and tells the fighters to work.
And that is the end of the round. The fighters go back to their corners.
A close round but Kulata Bitok will probably get the nod.
OK. That's time! The bell goes and we're back to the action.
Bitok is looking to land body kicks.
Mibangon appears to be looking for a big counter.
Bitok shoots in looking for a double leg takedown. Mibangon defends it nicely.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.

Bitok steps in looking to counter with the mid kick but it doesn't connect.
Mibangon gets caught flat footed, as Bitok shoots in with a quick takedown into guard.

Mibangon looking to sweep here. No luck so far.
Mibangon is adopting a defensive guard.
We could do with one of the fighters taking the initiative a bit more on the ground - they're both waiting to capitalize on a mistake.
Bitok not doing a lot at the moment. He'll have to show some more aggression or the fight will get stood up.

Well. There's a bit of a lull in the action here and the crowd are starting to get restless.
Mibangon wants to hit a sweep here but Bitok passes into full mount! Oh no, disaster for Mibangon there!
Mibangon wriggling around on the bottom manages to avoid the strikes thrown by Bitok.
Bitok controlling the pace for now.

Bitok tries to control but Mibangon wriggling away.
Bitok might have to switch it up a bit here because his efforts to control Mibangon haven't been going to plan, at least at the current moment in time.
Mibangon is looking to improve his position but Bitok isn't that keen on the idea.

My god... these two guys really need to pick up the pace or everyone will leave to go get a beer.
Bitok controlling from mount.
Mibangon wants to hold on but Bitok pushes him away.

Kulata Bitok showed his class in that round. I'd imagine he'll take it on all the scorecards.
The corners get their ten second warning. Both fighters stand from their stools and stare each other down, ready to get back to the action. This is the final round!
A really sloppy takedown attempt there from Bitok.
Mibangon changes levels looking for a counter takedown but doesn't commit.
Mibangon shoots in looking for a takedown but Bitok manages to keep the fight standing, pushing Mibangon's face into the canvas for good measure before circling away.
Bitok is trying to counter with his kicks.
Bitok goes for a double leg but Mibangon avoids the attempt and the two fighters end up clinched against the cage as Mibangon continues to drive forward.

Bitok fails to land the takedown.
Minatay Mibangon has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Kulata Bitok.

Bitok changes levels and drives through with a really nice takedown into side control. Mibangon looks really pissed at himself for not defending that better.
Bitok just content to control the position.
Mibangon is trying to control Bitok's posture but Bitok avoids it.
Mibangon tries to work a leg under to get back to half guard but Bitok wriggles his own leg back out and remains in side control.
That's two minutes gone in the round.
Bitok throws a strike aimed at the side of Mibangon's head but Mibangon avoids it well.
Bitok in side control, just content to control the action for now.
Mibangon struggling a bit here.

Bitok wants to control but Mibangon is keeping him busy.
The ref stands the fighters back up due to a lack of activity.
Bitok shoots in for a takedown but doesn't get it.
Mibangon looks frustrated there after his takedown attempt is stuffed easily.
Mibangon is looking for a takedown here. He's shot in and has managed to get it, finishing up in Bitok's half guard.

Minatay Mibangon has stepped it up - he knows he needs a finish here!
Kulata Bitok is fighting for a decision - hopefully he's judged it right and he's actually winning the fight.
