Coming up we have a lightweight kickboxing rules bout between Hardeep Nijjar (ranked 4563 p4p, 4522 weight class) and Jack Manion (ranked 370 p4p, 368 weight class). Manion has chosen Solid Rock as his entrance music. The key to victory for Hardeep Nijjar has got to be keeping the fight on the feet.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

That's the end of the interval. I'm sure that seemed a lot quicker than a minute for our two fighters! Back to the action.

Nijjar cracks Manion with a perfect right hand that drops him to the mat! Manion is sitting up but I can't see if he's OK from my position. The referee's count has reached 5,6,7 and Manion is still not up. Can he make it? 8,9,10! He's out! Manion could not beat the count!

After the fight, Hardeep Nijjar was humble in paying tribute to his opponent but made it clear he wants to go on to bigger and better things. It seemed to go down well with the crowd who cheered him loudly.
