Coming up we have a lightweight MMA rules bout between Jermaine Saunders (ranked 2742 p4p, 3800 weight class) and Samsul Ngao (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the lightweight division.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

The judges for this bout are Jack Bonds, Timothy Bukovac and Percy O'Donnell.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Ngao closes the distance and clinches up, looking for a takedown. He shifts his weight and gets a nice trip into half guard.
Ngao tries to stand and escape but Saunders is controlling the position.
Saunders might be looking to lock onto one of his opponent's long limbs for a submission, whilst we're on the ground.
Saunders wants to improve his position but Ngao is controlling well.
Ngao with a momentary lay and pray from half guard.
Ngao's corner are shouting for him to control the position and he seems happy to oblige.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
Ngao wants to get back to his feet.
Ngao passes the guard and advances to mount!
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.

The crowd growing excited in anticipation of a finish here! Right on cue, Ngao cracks his opponent with a massive right hand that draws loud cheers!

Ngao working to secure an arm triangle but it's not happening for him just yet.
Ngao throws some shoulder strikes here and then postures up. Oh, he's gone for an armbar! Saunders has his hands clasped together but Ngao breaks the hold and Saunders is forced to tap! This one is aaaaaaaaaaall over! That was lightning fast by Ngao!
