This TWGC bout is 1 fifteen minute round in the super heavyweight division. Introducing today's competitors. In the red corner, competing out of Las Vegas, with a TWGC record of 31 wins and 40 losses; Dragon Li Chai! And in the blue corner, fighting out of Las Vegas, with a TWGC record of 14 wins and 17 losses; Benjamin Sisko! The judges for this bout are Franklyn Lucas, Alyssa Summers and Chad Campbell.
The fighters connect hands in the middle of the mat and we are under way.
Sisko changes levels and drives through with a really nice takedown into side control. Chai looks really pissed at himself for not defending that better. Score +4 for clean takedown past guard: Chai (0) vs (4) Sisko Chai is trying to control Sisko's posture but Sisko avoids it. Sisko controlling from side mount. This fight is sponsored by Chainsaw 7. More blood and guts and stuff like that, in cinemas everywhere now! We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. Chai is letting Sisko control him for a moment.
 That's one minute gone in the round. Chai tries to improve position but can't. Chai sneaks back into half guard. Sisko sitting and controlling from the half guard. Chai tries to get to full guard but Sisko has control of the leg.

 That's three minutes gone in the round. Sisko looking to control and managing it successfully. The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work. Chai can't escape the position.
Sisko controlling from mount. The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing. Chai is trying desperately to improve position.

We could do with one of the fighters taking the initiative a bit more on the ground - they're both waiting to capitalize on a mistake. Sisko takes a little breather and maintains the position.  That's six minutes gone in the round. Sisko prevents Chai from getting the reversal. Chai wants to hold on but Sisko pushes him away. Chai tries to control Sisko's body but Sisko pushes him off. Chai squirms to his side and now Sisko has his back! Score +3 for taking back: Chai (0) vs (10) Sisko So, who will make the next big move? In this position it could be crucial.

 That's eight minutes gone in the round. Chai is working hard here to advance position. Sisko controlling from the back. Sisko's corner are shouting for him to control the position and he seems happy to oblige.
 That's nine minutes gone in the round. I really don't envy Chai right now.
Good control from Sisko. Chai wants to control his opponent's hands but Sisko gets his hands free. We've been hearing good reports from Chai's training camp. Apparently he has been rolling around with some good quality BJJ practitioners and has been sharpening his skills. Let's see if that has an impact on the fight today.

Sisko biding his time, controlling Chai. Our spies down at at Freddy\'s Grappling Institute inform us that Sisko has really been working on his submissions in the buildup to this fight. Will it pay off? You can see the frustration on Chai's face� He knows he is in trouble unless he improves his position sooner rather than later.
Sisko is looking cool and calm here, just waiting for a good opportunity to attack and finish the fight from this dominant position.

 That's twelve minutes gone in the round. Sisko doesn't have the hooks in and Chai manages to turn into his guard.
Score +2 for sweep to guard / half guard: Chai (2) vs (10) Sisko Sisko manages to sweep nicely, so he's now on top. Chai manages to get himself to full guard.

It looks like Sisko might be adopting somewhat of a lay and pray gameplan here, which I'm sure won't go down too well with the paying fans in attendance... Or the ring announcers come to think of it. Sisko trying to pass the guard but can't manage it just yet.
 That's fourteen minutes gone in the round. Sisko is taking a break and basically stalling. The referee will not allow him to do that for long. Boooooooooooooooooooo!!! God, this has been a terrible round. Come on you two, sort yourselves out! Sisko stopping the sweep attempt from Chai.
