Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Michael Brandt (ranked 4519 p4p, 3346 weight class) and Orion Malone (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Brandt comes to the cage accompanied by Broken Out In Love by Mark Crozer. Both these guys are coming into the fight with injuries so let's see if that has a bearing on the fight. Michael Brandt has a significant reach advantage - let's see if he can make it count.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the light heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 1 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Rio de Janeiro, Orion Malone!
The judges for this bout are Alec Ball, William Peck and Ian Loll.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Brandt takes a solid shot to the body. That one hurt him but he's trying not to show it.
Brandt is breathing heavily.
Brandt throws an uppercut from half a mile away. Malone sees it coming and avoids it easily.
Malone lands a jab to Brandt's midsection.
Brandt slips under a jab.
Brandt shoots in for a takedown but Malone shows good takedown defense.
Malone throws a nice hook to the body that draws an oooh from the crowd.
Malone darts in and clinches Brandt up against the cage.
Malone is leaning against Brandt and scores with a nice uppercut to the body.
Malone works on Brandt's body with a couple of short punches.

This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!

Malone unloads with a big right hand that wobbles Brandt! He's leaning against the cage trying to keep his feet but Malone is unloading with more strikes now! Brandt drops to his knees and the referee stops the fight for a TKO!
